Masih mempertahankan Neutral untuk sektor ritel. Seems To Be A Tough Year Beberapa indikator pada segmen ritel sampai saat ini masih belum menunjukkan perbaikan yang berarti, dan kami lihat hal tersebut turut memberi dampak negatif terhadap performa saham saham pada sektor ritel. Beberapa emiten lebih fokus untuk melakukan perbaikan secara internal, seperti penutupan gerai milik LPPF yang kurang produktif, daripada membuka toko baru. Secara keseluruhan, kami masih memberikan rating NEUTRAL untuk sektor ritel. Sejumlah indikator utama pada sektor ritel masih lemah. Beberapa survey dari Bank Indonesia menunjukkan tingkat konsumsi yang melemah sampai dengan bulan Jul 17 lalu. Sejalan dengan melemahnya sejumlah indikator (lihat Figures pada halaman ketiga), kami melihat potensi Retail Sales Indonesia untuk 2H17 yang kembali melemah, di tengah tertekannya daya beli masyarakat sejak awal tahun ini. Nielsen memperkirakan pertumbuhan penjualan ritel nasional sebesar 6%, padahal secara historis angka pertumbuhan penjualan ritel di Indonesia mampu mencapai kisaran 10 11%. Data fundamental belum menunjukkan perubahan signifikan. Melihat data bulanan yang baru saja dirilis oleh RALS, penjualan Agustus 17 tercatat - 26%MoM, sementara kinerja sampai 8M17 tercatat relatif flat jika dibandingkan periode yang sama pada 2016. Sementara itu, SSSG RALS juga tercatat -0.3%. Hal tersebut turut mengukuhkan keyakinan kami bahwa hingga akhir tahun ini, kinerja fundamental belum mampu menunjukkan perubahan secara signifikan. Terlebih manajemen LPPF memproyeksikan SSSG yang negatif atau flat tahunan negatif atau flat untuk 17F. Kami juga memprediksi momentum Natal dan Tahun Baru belum mampu mendongkrak kinerja fundamental sektor ritel secara signifikan. Masih konservatifnya para emiten dalam membuka gerai baru. Kami melihat sampai dengan akhir tahun ini, keseluruhan emiten dalam coverage kami cenderung konservatif atas pembukaan gerai baru. Sementara MAPI belum berencana untuk menambah brand baru dalam portfolio bisnisnya (lihat Sector Update Report kami sebelumnya), RALS juga lebih fokus untuk membenahi operasionalnya pada tingkat internal. Saat ini, RALS tengah fokus untuk merenovasi sejumlah gerai yang ada serta mengatur kembali layout gerai gerainya, sehingga dengan adanya transformasi gerai tersebut, jumlah traffic mampu terdongkrak. Kami juga memprediksi kontinuitas upaya peningkatan efisiensi atas biaya operasional dan peningkatan produktivitas pekerja juga terus berlanjut. Tetap memberikan rating Neutral. Dengan valuasi yang di roll over sampai dengan 18F, kami mendapatkan TP untuk RALS, MAPI, LPPF, dan ACES sebesar Rp1,250, Rp 7,900, Rp13,200, dan Rp 1,400/lembar sahamnya rating NEUTRAL untuk sektor ritel, dengan mempertimbangkan sejumlah resiko yang ada, seperti: 1). Perbaikan ekonomi yang berada di bawah ekspektasi, 2) Konsistensi regulasi pemerintah, 3). Kestabilan politik, 4). Ketatnya kompetisi dari peritel asing yang gencar melakukan penetrasi ke pasar Indonesia. www.samuel.co.id Page 1 of 6
