Perkiraan laba bersih 3Q15 adalah IDR1.2tr, mencerminkan peningkatan QoQ (+22,1%) namun masih lebih lemah vs. tahun lalu (-8,2% YoY) dikarenakan lemahnya konsumsi semen YoY. Secara keseluruhan, kami memperkirakan 9M15 revenue di IDR19.4tr atau c.68.7% dari estimasi kami FY2015. Positive recovery in consumption, sales volume SMGR menunjukkan peningkatan volume penjualan di 3Q15 (+5.2% QoQ) dari 6.07mn ton pada 2Q15 menjadi 6.38mn ton di 3Q15. Sayangnya, volume penjualan itu masih lebih rendah 2,6% YoY untuk sembilan bulan pertama 2015, dari 19.1mn ton pada tahun 2014 menjadi 18.6mn ton tahun ini. Downgrade SMGR to Trading Buy Untuk saat ini, kami masih merekomendasikan SMGR dengan target harga IDR12,000 tidak berubah. Namun, harga saham SMGR sudah naik 4,8% sejak laporan initiation kami dan mengecilkan expected return kami menjadi 16,2% dari 21,8% sebelumnya, karena itu kami merubah rekomendasi kami dari Buy menjadi Trading Buy. Target harga kami tidak berubah karena kami masih melihat potensi kenaikan konsumsi semen selama kuartal keempat seiring naiknya belanja infrastruktur pada semester kedua tahun ini. Kami melihat pertumbuhan terbatas untuk FY2015 untuk konsumsi semen mengingat konsumsi semen yang rendah selama 9M15. Di atas semua itu, kami berharap konsumsi semen dan ASP naik di 4Q15; jika tidak, akan ada kemungkinan risiko downside untuk perkiraan FY2015 kami pada SMGR. 2 Local flashes UNVR: Per September, laba UNVR naik tipis 3,3%. Di tengah perlambatan ekonomi dan penurunan daya beli masyarakat, PT Unilever Indonesia Tbk (UNVR) masih mampu mencatatkan kinerja positif. Hingga akhir September 2015, Unilever mencetak laba periode berjalan Rp 4,18 triliun atau Rp 548 per saham. Dibandingkan periode sama tahun lalu, perolehan laba UNVR naik tipis 3,3%. Pertumbuhan laba bersih UNVR didukung kenaikan penjualan bersih sebesar 5,6% secara year on year (yoy). Sepanjang sembilan bulan pertama tahun ini, UNVR membukukan penjualan bersih Rp 27,55 triliun. (Kontan) UNTR: Penjualan Komatsu anjlok ke titik terendah. Penjualan alat berat merek Komatsu anjlok 36% menjadi 112 unit pada September setelah sempat menanjak bulan sebelumnya. Kelesuan permintaan di seluruh sektor menjadi penyebab. PT United Tractors Tbk. (UNTR) menyebutkan penjualan September turun drastis 63 unit dari realisasi bulan sebelumnya sebanyak 175 unit. Realisasi penjualan September itu menjadi yang terendah selama tahun berjalan. (Bisnis Indonesia) LPPF: Per September, laba LPPF melonjak 30,5%. Pelemahan daya beli masyarakat tidak menjadi penghalang bagi PT Matahari Department Store Tbk (LPPF) untuk meningkatkan kinerja. Sepanjang sembilan bulan pertama tahun ini, pemilik gerai Matahari ini mencetak laba bersih Rp 1,38 triliun atau Rp 474 per saham. Dibandingkan periode sama tahun lalu, laba bersih LPPF melonjak 30,5%. Per akhir September lalu, LPPF membukukan penjualan kotor Rp 12,1 triliun. Angka ini 10,2% lebih tinggi dibandingkan periode sama tahun lalu sebesar Rp 10,98 triliun. Pendapatan bersih Matahari per akhir September 2015 sebesar Rp 6,8 triliun, tumbuh 12,8% secara year on year (yoy). (Kontan) PTBA: Penjualan PTBA 2015 bakal meleset dari target. Target penjualan batubara PT Bukit Asam Tbk (PTBA) di akhir tahun ini kemungkinan meleset dari estimasi semula. Akhir tahun 2015, PTBA memperkirakan hanya akan menjual 20 juta ton batubara, turun dari target awal 24 juta ton. Joko Pramono, Sekretaris Perusahaan PTBA mengatakan, pada Kuartal IV ini, PTBA menargetkan bisa menjual 5 juta-6 juta ton batubara. (Kontan) MAIN: Malindo Feedmill tetapkan harga Right Issue Rp1.200/saham. PT Malindo Feedmill Tbk. (MAIN) menetapkan harga pelaksanaan penawaran umum terbatas dengan hak memesan efek terlebih dahulu atau rights issue sebesar Rp1.200 per saham. Perseroan menyebutkan akan menawarkan 20% atau setara dengan 447,75 juta saham baru. Dari perolehan dana tersebut, rencananya sekitar 50%-75% akan digunakan untuk pembayaran utang bersama dengan anak usaha kepada PT Bank Central Asia Tbk. (BBCA). (Bisnis Indonesia) SOCI: Kejar target 2015, Soechi siap menambah kapal baru. PT Soechi Lines Tbk berniat menutup tahun buku 2015 dengan melakukan penambahan armada baru. Penambahan armada ini, akan menjadi kapal kelima yang dibeli oleh Soechi sepanjang tahun ini. Paula Marlina, Sekretaris Perusahaan PT Soechi Lines Tbk menjelaskan, penambahan kapal terakhir ini menggunakan utang perbankan, bukan dari hasil penerbitan medium term notes (MTN) senilai SGD$ 300 juta yang rencananya dilakukan waktu dekat. (Kontan) ACST: Kontrak baru ACST capai Rp 3,1 triliun. Meski rapor kinerja 2015 masih menyisakan satu kuartal lagi, namun PT Acset Indonusa Tbk mengklaim telah melewati target kontrak baru tahun ini. Sampai Oktober 2015, ACST membukukan kontrak baru Rp 3,1 triliun. Semula manajemen ACST mematok kontrak baru 2015 sebesar Rp 2 triliun. Melihat ada peluang meningkat, target kontrak lantas mereka tambah menjadi Rp 2,5 triliun. Namun, kali ini meskipun telah mencapai target baru, manajemen ACST belum berencana mendongkrak target lagi. IHSG Daily Chart OB DN DN View from the Charts Penguatan sebesar 0.8% saham dalam sektor perkebunan di tengah pelemahan harga CPO yang tergerus -1,9%, tertahan oleh aksi ambil untung saham blue chips yang justru melemahkan IHSG -0,4% ke Investor asing mencatatkan total pembelian bersih sebesar IDR66.9bn, sebagai bagian dari transaksi 54.6bn saham yang berpindah tangan di seluruh papan perdagangan senilai total IDR4.7tr. Rasio transaksi yang terjadi kemarin adalah sebesar 93:186, 95 saham tidak mengalami perubahan harga. Diperdagangkan pada titik 80.6 dengan diikuti oleh formasi long legged doji pada overbought stochastic, mencerminkan akan adanya kelanjutan aksi ambil untung pada perdagangan hari ini dan IHSG diperkirakan akan cenderung bergerak dalam teritori negatif serta menguji support 4,608-4,616.
