Selain itu, investor tengah memperhatikan kemungkinan pengetatan stimulus oleh ECB, dimana Euro sempat menguat kemarin menyusul pernyataan Draghi yang mengindikasikan pengetatan pada ECB meeting bulan depan. Saat ini suku bunga acuan ECB masih belum diubah. Di Asia, data perdagangan China akan keluar dan tengah dinantikan investor. IHSG ditutup naik 0,14% kemarin dengan dana asing mencatatkan net sell Rp 864 miliar di pasar reguler. Seiring sentimen negatif dari luar negeri dan penurunan sejumlah bursa saham pagi ini, IHSG berpotensi tertekan hari ini. Sektor Konsumsi: Kebijakan HET Beras perlu masa transisi 4 bulan Penerapan kebijakan HET beras perlu masa transisi minimum 4 bulan. Masa transisi yang lebih lama tersebut diperlukan untuk memberikan ruang bagi para pengusaha di subsektor perberasan untuk memperhitungkan bisnis secara matang. Saat ini, pelaku usaha bisnis Indonesia yang terlibat dalam subsektor beras cukup banyak, yaitu 15 ribu pedagang tradisional, 1000 pedagang Pasar Induk Beras Cipinang, 180 ribu unit penggilingan padi, dan minimum sebanyak 20 ribu gerai ritel modern. (Investor Daily). Sektor Konsumsi: Neutral. TINS: Obligasi TINS Kelebihan Permintaan Hingga 6,8 Kali Obligasi PT Timah Tbk (TINS) senilai Rp 1,5 triliun laris manis. Dari hasil bookbuilding, nilai penawaran yang telah masuk mencapairp 10,3 triliun, atau oversubscribed sekitar 6,8 kali. Sedangkan untuk sukuksenilai Rp 300 miliar, nilai permintaan yang masuk mencapai Rp 2,23 triliun. Sejak tahun 1995, TINS tidak menghimpun dana dari pasar modal obligasi dari sektor pertambangan masih jarang, sehingga menarik untuk pembentukan portofolio investor. (Kontan) TINS: Buy; 17E PE: 44.3x, PBV: 1.3x. Sektor Ritel: Konsumsi kelas menengah melambat Masyarakat kelas menengah menunjukkan perlambatan konsumsi per kapita, jika dibandingkan dengan tahun lalu. Perlambatan konsumsi tersebut turut terpicu oleh kenaikan tarif listrik sebesar 900 VA. Menteri Keuangan, Sri Mulyani mengatakan pertumbuhan konsumsi kelas menengah terletak pada kisaran 6-8%, jika dibandingkan dengan tahun lalu yang mencapai pertumbuhan 10%. Hal tersebut juga turut tercermin dari Indeks Keyakinan Konsumen (IKK) Agustus 2017 yang tetap tinggi yakni sebesar 121,9 meskipun lebih rendah dari bulan sebelumnya, yakni 123,4. Namun, BI tetap melihat menurunnya persepsi konsumen terhadap penghasilan saat ini dan ketep atan waktu pembelian durable goods menyebabkan rendahnya IKK. Sejalan dengan itu, rata rata rasio pengeluaran untuk konsumsi juga menurun 0,2% menjadi 63,8% dan rasio pembayaran cicilan juga menurun 0,3% menjadi 15,1%. Sebaliknya, porsi tabungan meningkat 0,5% menjadi 21,1%. Penurunan konsumsi yang diikuti dengan peningkatan porsi tabungan merupakan indikasi adanya penyesuaian perilaku pola konsumsi masyarakat. BI melihat penurunan persepsi konsumen terhadap penghasilan saat ini dan ketepatan waktu pembelian durable goods menyebabkan lebih rendahnya IKK. Survey BI turut memperlihatkakn konsumen yang memperkirakan tekanan harga meningkat pada 3 dan 6 bulan mendatang. (Bisnis Indonesia). Sektor Ritel: Neutral. www.samuel.co.id Page 2 of 7
Sektor Konsumsi: Peritel meminta laba 8% dari pemasok Peritel meminta marjin sebesar 8% dari distributor dalam penjualan beras medium dan beras premium untuk menjaga keuntungan di tingkat toko modern. Distributor masih mengungkit lemahnya posisi pemasok di ritel modern. Ketua Aprindo mengungkapkan bahwa pihaknya telah meminta kepada distributor agar memasok beras dengan harga 8% lebih rendah dari ketetapan HET beras yang diketok oleh pemerintah. (Bisnis Indonesia). Sektor Konsumsi: Neutral. Sektor Perbankan: Menopang investasi dan konsumsi, sekuritisasi aset KPR Kemenkeu menyatakan pertumbuhan ekonomi bisa mencapai 5,17% di tahun ini, sedikit di bawah target sebesar 5,2%. Pada 1H17 lalu, sisi investasi tumbuh di bawah target pemerintah, sementara kenaikan ekspor relatif cukup baik ditopang oleh kenaikan harga komoditas. Perbankan diharapkan lebih efisien dan kreatif serta dapat menurunkan suku bunga kreditnya, sehingga dapat menopang investasi dan konsumsi dalam mencapai pertumbuhan ekonomi yang lebih baik. Bank-bank BUMN sebelumnya menyatakan telah dan akan terus berupaya menurunkan suku bunga kreditnya. OJK tengah mengkaji aturan untuk mendorong perbankan mengembangkan sekuritisasi aset KPR sebagai alternatif pembiayaan perumahan untuk m asyarakat dan meningkatkan porsi penyerapan perbankan dalam sekuritisasi aset yang masih kecil.
