Latar Belakang General Affairs (GA) atau yang lebih dikenal dengan nama Bagian Umum Perusahaan merupakan pelaksana operasional dari sebagian pekerjaan utama departemen HRD. Tanpa tim GA yang kompeten, perusahaan sulit menghasilkan kinerja yang optimal. GA memiliki banyak varian tugas yang masing-masing memerlukan pengetahuan dan keterampilan tersendiri seperti, electricity, perizinan, keamanan, building maintenance, kendaraan,insurance, dampak limbah dll. Oleh karena itu dibutuhkan pelatihan untuk memenuhi syarat kompetensi bekerja di departemen GA.
