SCOPE The scope of this procedure starts from permission arrangement of final assignment exam up until the execution of yudisium. III. REFERENCE 3.1 Decision of Hasanuddin University s Rector Number 1870/H4/P/2009 about Academic Regulation in Hasanuddin University. 3.2 Regulation SMM ISO 9001:2015. 3.3 Quality Manual of Hasanuddin University IV. DEFINITION 4.1 Final assignment Exam is final test that must be completed by the students in order to have the title, which is comprehensive, could be done spoken and have a purpose to evaluate students about their knowledge and technology applications according to their specialty, and also to straighten students to substance, method and redaction that missed or less precise in final assignment exam. 4.2 Yudisium is a stage when a student is be avowed to passed or finished their study. Students are obligated to attend the Yudisium that will be held before graduation. 4.3 Graduation is a process of students graduate inauguration that has complete the study time in the university. V. GENERAL TERMS 5.1 Students that will attend yudisium must complete all the documents of permission arrangement of essay exam first. 5.2 Requirements of permission arrangement of final assignment exam :

Photocopy of the last KRS 4. Photocopy of the last qualification 5. Temporary Grade transcription 6. Photocopy KHS from first to the last semester 7. Result of equalization study subject (D3 Students only) 8. Passport Photo 4 x 6 black and white and 3 x 4 color 9. Page of revision seminar result 10. Page of Academic Advisor s permission 11. Page of study subject that is not listed in KHS VI. PROCEDURE DESCRIPTION 6.1 Students that will attend Yudisium must complete all the documents of permission arrangement of essay exam first 6.2 Several documents that has already completed will be forwarded to sub division of academic. Then the applicants will fill the registration book of Graduation Students. 6.3 After completed, then Faculty will release letter that the students have fulfill all the requirements of Essay exam. 6.4 Completed documents of essay exam permission arrangement will be forwarded to Rektorat then Rektorat will publish Permission of Essay Exam. 6.5 Based on published Permission of Essay Exam, students will contact the Essay Academic Advisor to discuss about proper time to hold the essay exam. 6.6 According to the time for essay exam, students will attend the Essay exam. 6.7 After attend the exam and passed, students will fill the online biodata on www.unhas.ac.id/pend/wisuda and complete the payment of graduation management fee and other expenses related to Certificate publishing and Academic Transcript.

Revision Number : 00 Publishing Date : 14 July2016 Page : 6 of 9 6.8 Result of students essay exam will be forward by exam lecturer to sub division of academic. 6.9 Sub division of academic will input the result of students essay exam online to www.unhas.ac.id/pend/wisuda/panitia. 6.10 Students that have received result of students essay exam id given permission to attend Yudisium. Students that attend Yudisium is student who have their name listed in Berita Acara Yudisium that have sent by each prodi/department. 6.11 Rektorat make the certificate and Official Grade Transcript UNHAS. 6.12 When finished, certificate and Official Grade Transcript UNHAS will sent by Academic Division Unhas to Sub Academic Division FK UNHAS. 6.13 After all the process of graduation is complete then the students is able to attend graduation.
