1 ABSTRACT This study aims to investigate the influence of environmental management accounting on the performance of the company and intervening by innovation. Increased awareness of environmental issues has prompted companies implement environmental management accounting is useful to examine the environmental costs and reduce environmental impact. Through environmental management accounting, companies can create an innovation, to innovate is one way to improve the performance of the company, both economic performance and environmental performance. Data collection methods used in this research is purposive sampling. The population in this study is a textile company which is registered on the part of West Java API (Indonesian textile association), sample there are 16 companies selected into the sample who were in West Bandung. The raw data is processed with Microsoft Excel, followed by processing of descriptive statistics, testing the validity and reliability, and classical assumption; normality test and path analysis using SPSS 19.0 for Windows. The results of this study indicate that the environmental management accounting significant effect on innovation, environmental management accounting significant effect on the performance of the company, Innovation significant effect on the performance of the company, environmental management accounting significant effect on the company's performance and innovation as intervening so that environmental management accounting can affect directly and also can use innovation as vasiabel intervening on firm performance. 2 ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meneliti pengaruh akuntansi manajemen lingkungan terhadap kinerja perusahaan dan di intervening oleh inovasi. Peningkatan kesadaran mengenai isu lingkungan telah mendorong perusahaan menerapkan akuntansi manajemen lingkungan yang bermanfaat untuk meneliti biaya-biaya lingkungan dan mengurangi dampak lingkungan. Melalui akuntansi manajemen lingkungan, perusahaan dapat menciptakan sebuah inovasi, dengan berinovasi merupakan salah satu cara untuk meningkatkan kinerja perusahaan, baik kinerja ekonomi maupun kinerja lingkungan. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah purposive sampling. Populasi dalam penelitian ini merupakan perusahaan pertekstilan yang terdaftar pada API (Asosiasi Pertekstilan Indonesia) pada bagian Jawa Barat, sampel penelitian ini terdapat 16 perusahaan dipilih menjadi sampel yang berada di Kabupaten Bandung Barat. Data mentah diolah dengan Microsoft Excel yang dilanjutkan dengan pengolahan statistik deskriptif, pengujian validitas dan reliabilitas, dan uji asumsi klasik, yaitu uji normalitas dan analisis jalur dengan menggunakan SPSS 19.0 for Windows. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa akuntansi manajemen lingkungan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap inovasi, Akuntansi manajemen lingkungan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja perusahaan, Inovasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja perusahaan, Akuntansi manajemen lingkungan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja perusahaan dan inovasi sebagai intervening sehingga akuntansi manajemen lingkungan dapat mempengaruhi secara langsung dan juga bisa menggunakan inovasi sebagai vasiabel intervening terhadap kinerja perusahaan.
