1 The Influence of Emotional Exhaustion On Job Satisfaction at Two Hospitals Pekanbaru Maria Fransisca Putri Simamora Abstract The purpose of this study is to examine whether emotional exhaustion affect on job satisfaction. A sample of this empirical study was conducted 210 data and can be used 200 data. The respondents are nurses at two hospitals in Pekanbaru. The outliers, validity, reliability, statistic descriptive, correlation and model fit test were conducted before research statements testing. Twenty-four research statements were conducted, but only twenty-two research statements were examined because two items failed to fill validity and reliability criteria. The regression analysis was used examine twenty-two research statements. In the short, emotional exhaustion negatively affect on job satisfaction. 2 Pengaruh Kelelahan Emosional Terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Di Dua Rumah Sakit Pekanbaru Maria Fransisca Putri Simamora Abstrak Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji apakah kelelahan emosional berpengaruh pada kepuasan kerja. Sampel penelitian empiris ini dilakukan dengan menyalurkan 210 data dan yang dapat digunakan 200 data. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah para perawat di dua rumah sakit di Pekanbaru. Outlier, validitas, reliabilitas, statistik deskriptif, korelasi dan fit model dilakukan terlebih dahulu sebelum menguji pertanyaan riset. Dua puluh empat pernyataan yang akan diteliti, tapi hanya dua puluh dua pernyataan penelitian yang diuji karena dua item tidak memenuhi kriteria validitas dan reliabilitas. Analisis regresi digunakan untuk menguji dua puluh dua pernyataan penelitian. Singkatnya, kelelahan emosional secara negatif memberikan pengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja Kata kunci: kelelahan emosional; kepuasan kerja. ix
