Heldy Arifien +62-21-5151140 heldy.arifien@dwsec-id.com Ulasan IHSG Pada pekan lalu pergerakan IHSG masih dibayang-bayangi oleh tekanan pelemahan yang diikuti oleh aksi jual para investor asing, yang membukukan total nilai akumulasi penjualan asset sebesar IDR3tr selama pekan kemarin. Pelemahan IHSG tersebut didorong oleh sentiment domestic serta kekhawatiran terhadap perkembangan global. Secara keseluruhan, IHSG membukukan pelemahan sebesar -1.6% akumulasi selama sepekan lalu. Para Investor Asing melepas kepemilikan atas beberapa saham unggulan seperti (BBCA, BBNI, BBRI, BMRI dan UNVR), yang mengakibatkan IHSG ditutup melemah pada level 4,935 akhir pekan lalu. Technical Analysis Rekomendasi Buy On Weakness IHSG Sentimen/Katalis Support 4,990 Resistance 5,215 Close 5,101 Stop-Loss 4,885 Pada perdagangan pekan ini, para pelaku pasar akan fokus pada sentiment global. FED dan BoJ Meeting pada hari Rabu dan Jum at nanti, akan menjadi perhatian para pelaku pasar serta akan menjadi katalis yang menentukan arah selanjutnya pergerakan IHSG. Sementara sentiment domestic cenderung minim, dan masyarakat seolah lebih memperhatikan pertumbuhan tingkat inflasi menjelang masuknya bulan puasa dimana harga bahan-bahan pokok sudah mulai mengalami kenaikan. Technical View Pelemahan selama sepekan lalu telah mengakibatkan IHSG gagal bertahan pada support 4,950, yang merupakan support broadening wedges yang terbentuk sejak Juli 14 yang lalu. Belt hold dengan adanya eskalasi total saham yang diperdagangkan, 11.4% lebih besar dari total saham yang diperdagangkan pekan sebelumnya. (Chart2. Weekly Chart) Turbulensi serta tekanan pelemahan harga masih akan mengawal pada pergerakan IHSG pekan ini, yang akan dibatasi oleh support retracement 4,830. Ruang pelemahan pada daily chart, apabila ditinjau dari stochastic oscillator indicator telah terbatas (target pelemahan jangka pendek ada di 4,790. Sementara weekly chart menunjukan adanya kecenderungan pembalikan arah dan masuk ke area trading positif. Recommendation Stock in Focus PT Astra International, Tbk (ASII) Support 6,750 Resistance 7,425 Close 7,075 Hammer pada dasar penurunan, dengan ekor candle yang lebih besar dibandingkan dengan body candle, membuka peluang bagi ASII untuk menguat pada pekan ini. Yang merupakan target resistensi harga terdekat adalah pada retracement IDR7,200. Diharapkan support IDR6,900 mampu untuk menjadi tahanan serta memberikan ruang bagi ASII bergerak dalam interfal harga IDR6,900-7,350. Stop-Loss 6,325 Recommendation Trading Buy PT Bank Central Asia, Tbk (BBCA) Support 12,850 Resistance 14,200 Close 13,250 Stop-Loss 12,850 Ruang pelemahan BBCA terlihat sudah terbatas, pada kisaran support IDR12,850 (yang merupakan stop-loss). Indikasi pembalikan arah dan signal positif tercermin pada stochastic oscillator dan mulai terlihat mengarah masuk ke area trading oversold. BBCA pada pekan ini memiliki peluang mengayun positif dengan resistensi target terdekat di IDR14,200. Kami perkirakan, BBCA pada pekan ini akan bergerak dalam rentang harga IDR13,100-14,000 Chart 3. Technical Analysis Recommendation Support 12,400 Resistance 12,900 Close 12,525 Stop-Loss 12,400 PT Semen Indonesia(Persero) Tbk (SMGR) Akumulasi tekanan -5.29% yang terjadi selama 2 (dua) pekan kemarin, telah menekan pergerakan harga SMGR menyentuk level terendah stochastic dan support basis IDR12,400. Akumulasi pembelian ataupun perburuan di akhir pekan kemarin, diharapkan mampu mengembalikan SMGR ke dalam area trading positif dengan rentang IDR12,500-12,900. Waspadai tekanan pelemahan yang mungkin masih membayangi, perketat stop-loss IDR12,400. Re-entry level pada IDR12,500. Recommendation Trading Buy Support 4,180 Resistance 4,425 PT Perusahaan Gas Negara, Tbk (PGAS) Support (triangle Chart 1 Harian) IDR4,180 serta base 2014 4,125, diharapkan mampu menjadi titik pembalikan arah bagi PGAS dan melanjutkan penguatan harganya menuju downtrend resistance IDR4,425.
