Heldy Arifien +62-21-5151140 heldy.arifien@dwsec-id.com Ulasan IHSG Disisa 3 hari perdagangan menjelang libur panjang iedul fitri pekan lalu, volatilitas pergerakan IHSG lebih didominasi oleh aksi hit and run yang dilakukan oleh para pelaku pasar. Sebagaimana pembalikan arah yang terjadi pada level 4,811 lalu, IHSG mencoba bertahan dalam rentang tipis 4,850-4,920 hingga penutupan di akhir pekan kemarin. Tekanan jual sejak pertengahan sesi di 07/14/15 pada level 4,917 hingga tekanan menguji support 4,850 atau 4,856 yang sebesar -1.1%, telah menghapus keuntungan sebesar 0.7% yang terbentuk sejak penguatan hari Senin 07/13/15 hingga sesi pertama perdagangan di 07/14/15. Selama sepekan kemarin para pelaku asing telah mencatatkan nilai bersih penjualan sebesar IDR474.67bn, pada papan regular perdagangan. Hit and Run pada sejumlah saham, marak dilakukan oleh para pelaku pasar asing maupun lokal. Selayaknya mencoba memanfaatkan momentum pergerakan harga yang ada, mempertahankan sekaligus meminimalisasi potensi kerugian yang mungkin dihadapai pada kondisi pasar yang cenderung minim sentimen. Technical Analysis Rekomendasi Trading Sell IHSG Sentimen/Katalis Support 4,850 Resistance 4,890 Close 4,859 Stop-Loss 4,820 Pada perdagangan pekan ini suasana paska libur panjang Idul Fitri yang masih menyelimuti pergerakan IHSG, pelaku pasar akan cenderung wait and see. Sementara sebagaimana Bargain Hunting sejumlah saham yang telah mengalami tekanan cukup dalam, akan menjadi perhatian bagi sejumlah pelaku pasar untuk menentukan posisi. Technical View Level harga 4,885-4,890 yang merupakan tren support dari ascending triangle pada daily chart, mejadi resistensi harga yang cukup alot untuk ditembus dengan sisa 3 hari perdagangan pekan ini. Sekalipun demikian posisi oversold trading 50% serta sebagaimana tercermin pada slow stochastic, dan minimnya signal kuat pembalikan arah maupun indikasi untuk mendorong IHSG bergerak pada kembali pada 4,980-5,005 (konsolidasi area) akan terkendala dengan minimnya sentiment positif. Recommendation Trading Stock in Focus Support 13,050 Resistance 13,750 Close 13,500 Stop-Loss 13,000 PT Bank Central Asia, Tbk (BBCA) Selama sepekan kemarin BBCA berhasil mengantongi kenaikan sebesar 1.5% atau 1.3% sejak pembalikan arah pada support IDR13,050. Hal tersebut telah mendorong posisi BBCA mencapai area overbought 58.1% stochastic, yang memberikan indikasi bahwa ruang penguatan masih tersedia bagi untuk bertahan pada area konsolidasi IDR13,100-13,800. Recommendation Buy on Weakness PT Bank Negara Indonesia(Persero), Tbk (BBNI) Support 5,050 Resistance 5,500 Close 5,075 Menjelang libur Ied kemarin, BBNI terpuruk hingga 4,25% dan 6.98% akumulasi selama sepekan kemarin sekaligus menyeret BBNI menyentuh dasar oversold stochastic 0%. Dengan demikian pembalikan arah pada basis harga IDR5,050 merupakan level harga yang layak untuk dilakukan akumulasi. Kami perkirakan BBNI akan bergerak dalam rentang IDR5,000-5,500. Technical Analysis Recommendation Buy on Weakness Support 10,050 Resistance 10,750 Close 10,125 PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia(Persero), Tbk (BBRI) Sebagaimana BBNI,saham emiten inipun merupakan salah satu dari sektor perbankan yang layak untuk diakumulasi. Pembalikan arah pada basis support harga IDR10,000-10,050 merupakan area akumulasi yang layak untuk mengantisipasi peningkatan harga serta mencapai target resistensi IDR10,750. Stop-Loss 10,000 Recommendation Trading Buy Support 10,000 Resistance 10,250 Close 10,000 PT Bank Mandiri(Persero), Tbk (BMRI) Pada pekan lalu BMRI membukukan akumulasi kenaikan tipis 0.01% dan ditutup dengan diwarnai aksi tekanan jual -1.23% mengakibatkan saham emiten tersebut tersungkur pada level harga IDR10,000. Basis tren support IDR10,000 dari sebuah uptrend yang terbentuk sejak pembalikan arah di level harga IDR9,350, merupakan batas tekanan terendah di posisi 46.7% oversold trading.
