1 The Influence of Organizational Culture on Organizational Commitment of Nurses Hans Christian Setyawan Management Department of Economics Faculty Maranatha Christian University ABSTRACT the objective of this research is to examine the influence of organizational culture on organizational commitment of nurses. Organizational culture variables are divided into five dimensions, managing change, achieving objective, teamwork, customer orientation, and cultural power. Commitment variable is divided into three dimensions, affective commitment, normative commitment and continuity commitment. Hypothesis testing using the ANOVA test. From the test results, all the variables can be used to measure the extent to which culture influences the commitment of nurses. The implications of these findings will be discussed further in the next section. 2 Pengaruh Budaya Organisasional Terhadap Komitmen Organisasional Perawat Hans Christian Setyawan Management Department of Economics Faculty Maranatha Christian University Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap komitmen organisasional perawat. Variabel budaya organisasi yang dibagi menjadi lima dimensi, yaitu mengelola perubahan, mencapai tujuan, kerja sama tim, orientasi pelanggan dan kekuatan budaya. Variabel komitmen dibagi menjadi tiga dimensi yaitu komitmen afektif, komitmen normatif dan komitmen kontinuans. Pengujian hipotesis dengan menggunakan uji MANOVA. Dari hasil pengujian semua variabel dapat digunakan untuk mengukur sejauh mana budaya mempengaruhi komitmen perawat. Implikasi dari temuan ini akan dibahas lebih lanjut di bagian berikutnya.
