ABSTRACT At the moment competition of current market make the companies must have a creative power with be promoted quality. Beside innovation, the companies too must have interaction to environment, because the environment can give a contribution to companies. The purpose of This research is to analys of effect the variable, Cost of environmental (X), Quality products (Y 1 ), CSR (corporate social responsibility) (Y 2 ) and Innovation in companies (Y 3 ). In researchbe gathered the data use the questionnaire method spread with the 85 respondents and as much as return is 58 respondents of the employee from Manufacturing Company in the city of Bandung.And then data processing with purposive sampling method to determine the respondents to each variable.then analysis of the data obtained in the form of quantitative analysis.quantitative analysis includes the validity and reliability, test assumptions use a Multivariate Analysis of Variance (MANOVA) test which the Multivariate Normality Homogeneity Matriks test and Normality Multivariat test.technical analysis use is Multivariate Analysis Of Variance (MANOVA) which serves to prove the hypothesis of theresearch. Which has data s meet validity test, reliability test, and Multivariate Testing Assumptions AnalisisVariansi (MANOVA) until cost of environmental have a positive effect and significant toward quality product, CSR (corporate social responsibility) and innovation in companies. While hypothesis test use F test showed one variable in researched evidence in a significant manner affect the variable quality product. Through F test can knowthat cost of environmental less effect to CSR (corporate social responsibility) and innovation in companies. ABSTRAK Persaingan pangsa pasar saat ini mengharuskan perusahaan mampu menciptakan inovasi serta peningkatan kualitas. Selain inovasi, perusahaan juga harus mampu berinteraksi dengan lingkungannya, sebab lingkungan memberikan andil dan kontribusi bagi perusahaan Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh masing masing variabel, Biaya Lingkungan (X), Kualitas Produk (Y 1 ), CSR (corporate social responsibility) (Y 2 ), dan Inovasi Perusahaan (Y 3 ). Dalam penelitian ini data dikumpulkan melalui metode kuesioner yang disebar sebanyak 85 responden dan yang kembali sebanyak 58 responden karyawan Perusahaan Manufaktur di kota Bandung. kemudian diolah mengunakan metode purposive sampling untuk mengetahui tanggapan responden terhadap masing-masing variabel. Kemudian dilakukan analisis terhadap data-data yang diperoleh berupa analisis kuantitatif. Analisis kuantitatif meliputi uji validitas dan reliabilitas, uji yang digunakan adalah Uji Asumsi Analisis Variansi Multivariat (MANOVA) yang meliputi Uji Homogenitas Matriks dan Uji Normalitas Multivariat. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah Multivariate Analysis Of Varians (MANOVA) yang berfungsi untuk membuktikan hipotesis penelitian. Data-data yang telah memenuhi uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, dan Uji Asumsi Analisis Variansi Multivariat (MANOVA) sehingga Pengaruh Biaya Lingkungan memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kualitas Produk, CSR (corporate social responsibility) dan Inovasi pada Perusahaan. Sementara Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan uji f menunjukkan bahwa satu variabel independen yang diteliti terbukti secara signifikan mempengaruhi variabel Kualitas Produk. Melalui uji F dapat diketahui bahwa Pengaruh Biaya Lingkungan kurang berpengaruh Kualitas Produk, CSR (corporate social responsibility) dan Inovasi Perusahaan.
