Nomor urut : Nama : Usia : PETUNJUK PENGISIAN SKALA 1. Bacakan masing-masing pernyataan dengan jelas dan mintalah anak untuk menjawab dengan sejujurnya tanpa dipengaruhi oleh siapapun. 2. Skala ini bukan tes, sehingga tidak ada jawaban benar atau salah. Semua jawaban adalah baik apabila sesuai dengan keadaan anak. 3.
