General Amendments 1. Extension of Submission Deadline The submission deadline for the Concept Note Application as previously mentioned in the Call for Proposal (CfP) of Concept Note Application which is: 16 February, 12.00 Noon WIB Jakarta time, will be extended to: 27 February, 12.00 Noon WIB Jakarta time 2.
