CHAPTER XII POPULATION EXPENDITURE AND CONSUMPTION Penjelasan Teknis Technical Notes 1. Data pengeluaran dan konsumsi penduduk menurut kelompok barang diperoleh dari Survei Sosial Ekonomi Nasional (Susenas) Panel BPS pada Maret 2010 yang berbasiskan rumahtangga. 2. Pengeluaran / konsumsi rumahtangga yang dicakup dalam Susenas Panel - Maret 2010, dibedakan atas konsumsi makanan dan bukan makanan tanpa memper-hatikan asal barang baik itu berasal dari pembelian, produksi sendiri maupun pemberian. Sedangkan pengeluaran rumahtangga terbatas pada pengeluaran untuk kebutuhan rumahtangga saja, tidak termasuk pengeluaran untuk keperluan usaha atau yang diberikan kepada pihak lain. 1. Data on consumer expenditure and consumption by commodity group of expenditure are obtained from the National Socio-Economic Survey (Susenas) Panel March 2010 based on household. 2. The data of consumption/ expenditure collected in Susenas Panel are divided into two groups, namely food and nonfood consumption regardless of origin whether it comes from purchases, own production or delivery. Meanwhile, household spending is limited to expenditures for house-hold needs only, not including expenses for business purposes or given to other parties. 3. Pengeluaran / konsumsi makanan dirinci menjadi 215 komoditi, masing-masing dikumpulkan data kuantitas dan nilainya. 4. Untuk konsumsi bukan makanan pada umumnya yang dikumpulkan hanya data nilainya, kecuali untuk beberapa jenis pengeluaran tertentu, seperti penggunaan listrik, air, gas, dan bahan bakar minyak (BBM) yang juga dikumpulkan kuantitas-nya 3. Consumption/expenditure on food covers 215 commodities, both quantity data and values are collected. 4. For consumption of nonfood, the data collected in general are only their values, except for certain types of expenditure, such as electricity, water, gas, fuel, which are also collected for their quantity data. PENGELUARAN DAN KONSUMSI PENDUDUK BAB XII 5. Pengeluaran untuk konsumsi makanan dihitung selama seminggu terakhir, sedangkan konsumsi bukan makanan sebulan dan setahun terakhir. Baik pengeluaran untuk konsumsi makanan maupun bukan makanan (pengeluaran setahun) selanjutnya dikonversikan ke dalam pengeluaran rata-rata sebulan. Angka-angka konsumsi/ pengeluaran per kapita diperoleh dari hasil bagi konsumsi seluruh rumahtangga (baik mengkonsumsi makanan maupun tidak) terhadap jumlah penduduk. 5. Expenditures for food consumption is calculated during last week, while non-food consumption is calculated for last month and last year. Both the expenditure for food and non food consumption (spending a year) and then translated into an average monthly expenditure.
