STARTING A PROJECT MANAGEMENT OFFICE NEW Menjawab Masalah Apa Meningkatnya kebutuhan transformasi dalam organisasi mengakibatkan semakin meningkat pula kegiatan yang bersifat proyek, atau bersifat sementara dengan sasaran waktu, biaya dan kualitas tertentu. Proyek-proyek ini dilakukan guna menunjang sasaran dan strategi organisasi dalam perubahan industri yang semakin dinamis. Untuk itu, diperlukan pengelolaan proyek-proyek agar sasaran waktu, biaya dan kualitasnya dapat dicapai dengan baik. Adanya unit khusus dalam organisasi yang melaksanakan fungsi tersebut semakin dirasa perlu dan penting, yaitu Project Management Office (PMO). Berbagai bentuk dan jenis PMO tumbuh dan berkembang di berbagai organisasi. Tetapi apa sebenarnya PMO? Bagaimana menentukan jenis PMO yang tepat untuk organisasi kita?
