PROJECT PROCUREMENT & RISK MANAGEMENT Menjawab Masalah Apa Indonesia sebagai salah satu negara berkembang memiliki banyak proyek, baik yang bersifat fisik mupun non fisik, yang berskala jangka pendek maupun jangka panjang. Oleh karena itu para stakeholders proyek memerlukan pemahaman yang mendalam terhadap cakupan dan risiko proyek tersebut. Sehingga perencanaannya yang telah disusun secara mendetail tidak mengalami penyimpangan yang signifikan.
