ABSTRACT The purpose of this research is to identify the influence of marketing costs on sales volume at PT. Exodus Tours&Travel. The hypothesis of this research is that the marketing costs have positive influence and significant on sales volume at PT. Exodus Tours&Travel. The methods used in this research are statistic and descriptive methods, using PT.ExodusTours&Travel data during 2008-2012 periods. Statistic analysis uses multiple linear regression analysis to identify the influence of advertising cost, promotion costs, document delivery costs, and other costs on sales volume at PT. Exodus Tours&Travel. The results show that promotion cost and document delivery cost negatively influence towards sales volume PT. Exodus Tours&Travel, while advertising costs and other costs positive influence towards sales volume PT. Exodus Tours&Travel. ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh biaya pemasaran terhadap volume penjualan PT. Exodus Tours&Travel. Hipotesis dari penelitian ini adalah terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan dari biaya pemasaran terhadap volume penjualan pada PT.ExodusTours&Travel.Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode statistik dan deskriptif, dengan menggunakan data laporan tahun 2008-2012. Pada analisis statistik digunakan analisis regresi linear berganda untuk mengetahui pengaruh biaya iklan, biaya promosi, biaya pengiriman dokumen dan biaya lain-lain terhadap volume penjualan PT. Exodus Tours&Travel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan biaya promosi dan biaya pengiriman dokumen berpengaruh negatif terhadap volume penjualan PT. Exodus Tours&Travel, sementara biaya iklan dan biaya lain-lain berpengaruh positif terhadap volume penjualan PT. Exodus Tours&Travel.
