Assessment Assessor Certification Problems to be addressed: Utilization of Assessment method to map employee competency or to select candidate of leaders in an organization is getting widely used. Validity of Assessment method is relatively high. Expertise of assessors, however, play a great role in producing validity of Assessment method. This certification program is designed based on principles of assessor training in The Guidelines and Ethical Considerations for Assessment Operation. The facilitators of this program earn international certificate as Assessment Assessor Trainers. This program will coach the paraticipants to develop fundamental expertise as Assessment Assessor, starting from basic principles of competency assessment in assessment center method, observation skills, assessor meeting and report writing. Objectives: Having attended this training, the participants are expected to Have skills as professional assessor in assessment center method Be able to run her/his function as an assessor based on Code of Conduct Assessment Be able to: Explain concept, practice, benefit and issues of Assessment Observe individual behaviour during Assessment training Classify individual behaviour based on evaluation criteria Rate individual behavior according to competency requirement. Integrate data Report writing and feed back to assessee Feedback to training participant at the end of program
