3 Aplikasi perpanjangan OEKO-TEX Standard 100 Sehubungan dengan status independen yang dimiliki lembaga pengujian dan badan sertifikasi dalam hal jaminan mutu, maka lembaga pengujian dan badan sertifikasi tersebut berkewajiban untuk menjaga kerahasiaan seluruh data. Oleh karena itu lembaga tersebut harus memberikan jaminan kerahasiaan sepenuhnya. Data-data ini hanya digunakan untuk menentukan jumlah pengujian yang diperlukan untuk proses sertifikasi. Kontak detil (perusahaan, orang yang bertanggung jawab, alamat, alamat email, no. telepon dan fax) serta informasi tentang sertifikat (nomer sertifikat, nama produk, kelas produk, masa berlaku, dll) di serahkan pada saat proses sertifikasi ke Asosiasi OEKO- TEX, Splügenstrasse 10, CH-8027 Zurich untuk diproses lebih lanjut disana. Due to their independent status for the purposes of quality assurance, the testing institute and certification body are obliged to keep all data secret. Therefore the institute gives a guarantee of absolute secrecy. These data are exclusively used to determine the number of tests necessary for the certification. Contact details (company, responsible person, address, e-mail address, telephone and fax number) as well as information about the certificate (certificate number, name of products, product class, information validity, etc.) are transmitted during the certification process to the OEKO-TEX Association, Splügenstrasse 10, CH-8027 Zurich and processed there further. Information in the application regarding used colorants, chemicals, auxiliaries and source materials as well as 3 rd party certifications may be verified with the respective supplier directly. Any missing, unclear or contradictory entries in the application form may delay the certification process. This application is valid only when bearing an authorized signature on page 10.
