With regards to the above subject matter. Dimaklumkan jadual tarikh-tarikh pendaftaran kursus pelajar Ijazah bagi Semester Kedua Sidang Akademik 2020/ adalah seperti di dalam lampiran. Pendaftaran kursus secara dalam talian ini akan mula dibuka kepada semua pelajar bermula 29 Mac. The details of all important dates related to course registration schedule for Semester 2 Academic Session 2020/ are attached. The Online course registration will open beginning on the 29th of March. Sebelum melaksanakan pendaftaran kursus dalam talian, para pelajar diwajibkan mendaftar semester terlebih dahulu. SEMESTER/COURSE REGISTRATION [Official period of the Online Registration] (COMPULSORY) 2 Weeks Only students with active status are allowed to register online. Students MUST register within the stipulated period. Students MUST settle all outstanding fees (if any) before they can register. B. CORRECTIONS TO THE COURSE REGISTRATION SLIP Students can register semester and course(s) online via the Online Postgraduate Information System (OPI) (http://opi.unimap.edu.my). Academic Lecture Semester Begins 5 April 29 March 19 April 3 Weeks Students are allowed to make amendments to the courses they have registered for (including adding new courses and correcting course codes within 3 weeks of the time period) online via the Online Postgraduate Information System (OPI) (http://opi.unimap.edu.my). C. ADDING & DROPPING COURSES 5 April 26 April 3 Weeks (Adding Courses) Students should check their timetable with their respective Programme Chairperson before adding new courses. Students MUST register for course(s) online via the Online Postgraduate Information System (OPI)
5 April 3 May 6 Weeks (Dropping Courses) (http://opi.unimap.edu.my) within the first 3 weeks of each semester. A penalty of RM100 applies for late course registration. A completed PIT 27A (Late Registration) form must be submitted to the Programme Chairperson. Students may drop a course(s) within the first six weeks of a semester with the approval by the respective Programme Chairperson and Head of Faculty by completing the HEA-IT 10 (Form to drop Course). Course(s) dropped during this approved period will not be taken into account for calculation of the CGPA. The tuition fee however, is not refundable. D. WITHDRAWAL OF COURSES 24 May 5 July Dropping a course(s) is not allowed after six (6) weeks of the semester. 6 weeks Students may withdraw from a course(s) between weeks 7 to week 12 of the semester using the HEA-IT 19 form (Course Withdrawal Form). E. LATE REGISTRATION Students with online issues [ONLY for exceptional cases] (via forms) Students shall be given Grade TD. All fees shall remain liable to be paid. A penalty of RM 100 will be charged to the students for the course withdrawal, subject to the approval of the respective Head of Faculty. 29 April - Any late registration must be done using the following form (PIT-27A) Only late registration and new course registration
1 month after 29 th of March (with reasons accepted by the university) will be entertained. Students MUST settle all outstanding fees (if any) before they are able to register. A.PENDAFTARAN WAJIB [Tempoh RASMI aktiviti pendaftaran kursus Secara Dalam Talian] (WAJIB) Pelajar HARUS mendaftar dalam tempoh yang ditetapkan. Pelajar HARUS melunaskan semua yuran tertunggak (jika ada) sebelum mereka dapat mendaftar. Pelajar boleh mendaftar semester dan kursus dalam talian melalui Sistem Maklumat Pascasiswazah Dalam Talian (OPI) (http://opi.unimap.edu.my). B.MINGGU PEMBETULAN PADA PENDAFTARAN KURSUS [Dalam Talian] Sidang Syarahan Akademik Bermula 5 April 29 Mac 19 April 3 Minggu Pelajar dibenarkan membuat pindaan terhadap kursus yang telah mereka daftar (termasuk menambah kursus baru dan membetulkan kod kursus). C. TAMBAH DAN GUGUR KURSUS 5 April 26 April 5 April 3 Mei 3 Minggu (Tambah Kursus) 6 Minggu (Gugur Kursus) Pelajar harus memeriksa jadual waktu mereka dengan Pengerusi Rancangan masing-masing sebelum menambah kursus baru. Pelajar MESTI mendaftar kursus dalam talian melalui Sistem Maklumat Pascasiswazah Dalam Talian (OPI) (http://opi.unimap.edu.my) dalam 3 minggu pertama setiap semester setelah mendapat persetujuan oleh
Pengerusi Rancangan masing-masing. Denda sebanyak RM100 akan dikenakan untuk pendaftaran kursus lewat. Borang PIT 27A - (Pendaftaran Lewat) yang lengkap mesti dihantar kepada Pengerusi Rancangan. Pelajar boleh menggugurkan kursus dalam enam minggu pertama semester dengan persetujuan oleh Pengerusi Rancangan dan Dekan Fakulti masing-masing. Kursus yang digugurkan dalam tempoh yang diluluskan ini tidak akan diambil kira untuk pengiraan PNGK. Walau bagaimanapun, yuran pengajian tidak akan dikembalikan. D. TARIK DIRI KURSUS 24 Mei 5 Julai Mengugurkan kursus tidak dibenarkan selepas enam (6) minggu semester. 6 Minggu Pelajar boleh menarik diri dari kursus antara minggu 7 hingga minggu 12 semester menggunakan borang HEA- IT 19 (Course Withdrawal Form). E. PENDAFTARAN LEWAT. Hanya pelajar dengan isu atas talian. [Hanya untuk Pelajar akan diberi Gred TD. Semua yuran tetap perlu dibayar.
