Lampiran 6. Perhitungan pembuatan suspensi loperamid HCl (tablet Imodium ) Tiap tablet Imodium mengandung 2 mg loperamid HCl. Dosis dewasa 2mg 8 mg/hari ( berat dewasa untuk konversi 70kg). Dosis tikus (200g) = 0,018 x 16 mg = 0,2 mg Maka dosis loperamid Hcl untuk tikus = 1 mg/kg BB Tablet Imodium ditimbang sebanyak 20 tablet (berat = 2208 mg) 20 tablet Imodium mengandung loperamid HCl sebanyak 40 mg Loperamid HCl yang digunakan 1 mg Serbuk Imodium yang diambil = x 2208 mg = 55,2 mg Jadi serbuk Imodium sebanyak 55,2 mg mengandung loperamid HCl 1 mg. Suspensi loperamid HCl yang akan dibuat adalah 55,2 mg serbuk Imodium dilarutkan dalam 25 ml suspensi Na CMC 1%. 53
