1 SHOPPING SPREE MARKET HALL Program ini berlaku pada tanggal 15 October 2017 Program ini berlaku bagi peserta pria dan wanita, Warga Negara Indonesia (WNI) dan berdomisili di wilayah Republik Indonesia, minimum usia 18 tahun sampai maksimal 45 tahun dan memiliki kartu identitas diri yang masih berlaku (KTP, SIM atau Paspor). Peserta Shopping Spree harus menandatangani surat pernyataan yang menyatakan bahwa peserta tidak sedang hamil, atau memiliki gangguan kesehatan yang dapat membahayakan peserta dalam mengikuti acara ini. Program ini valid untuk 20 pendaftar pertama dengan transaksi pembelanjaan produk minimal Rp ,- (lima juta rupiah). Tidak termasuk produk IKEA Food, Services & Appliances. Pendaftaran dibuka mulai dari pukul WIB di area Kasir. Pelanggan yang dianggap memenuhi syarat akan diminta untuk mendaftarkan diri terlebih dahulu kepada co-worker yang bertugas, untuk diarahkan mengikuti program Shopping Spree Market Hall dengan benar dan selanjutnya pelanggan tersebut disebut peserta. Peserta Shopping Spree Market Hall harus mengikuti sepenuhnya arahan dari co-worker yang mengawasi jalannya program Shopping Spree Market Hall dengan mekanisme sebagai berikut: Peserta diberikan waktu 10 menit untuk berbelanja senilai Rp ,- di Market Hall, dimulai dari garis start dan finish yang ditentukan oleh IKEA Indonesia. Peserta wajib memakai atribut yang diberikan dalam program ini. Peserta harus sampai di area Kasir yang ditentukan dan meletakkan barang belanjaannya dalam waktu 10 menit Barang belanjaan yang sudah didalam kasir tidak dapat ditukar atau dirubah Peserta yang berhasil mengumpulkan produk Market Hall dengan total belanja antara Rp ,- sampai Rp ,- dalam waktu 10 menit akan dibayarkan produk hasil belanjanya senilai hasil belanja tersebut oleh IKEA Indonesia Peserta hanya dapat mengikuti program ini satu kali sesuai dengan satu struk belanja. IKEA Indonesia memiliki hak untuk mendiskualifikasi peserta jika dianggap tidak sepenuhnya mengikuti arahan atas mekenisme yang diberikan, tidak memenuhi syarat dan kondisi, diduga berlaku curang atau menyalahi kriteria lainnya dari program. Barang yang sudah diperoleh tidak dapat dikembalikan.

2 SHOPPING SPREE MARKET HALL This program is valid on October 15th 2017 This program is valid for Indonesian citizen (WNI) who resides in Indonesia, minimum of age 18 years old and holds a valid identification (Identity card, Driver s License or Passport). Participant need to sign statement letter which stated that participant is not pregnant or has any health issues that could harm participant on joining the event. This program valid for 20 first customers who spent RP , - (five millions rupiahs) starts from 10AM. Products of IKEA Food, Services & Appliances are not included. The registration start on AM at Check Out Area Customers who are considered eligible for this program will be asked to register to the co-worker in-charge, who will brief them about the rules and mechanism of the Market Hall Shopping Spree, the customers are so forth called participants. The participants of the Market Hall Shopping Spree have to completely follow the instructions given by the co-worker in-charge who will monitor the program with the mechanism as follow: Participants are given 10 minutes to spend Rp 1,000,000 in the Market Hall beginning from the starting line until the finishing line set by IKEA Indonesia. Participant can only take part in this program once in correspondence with one receipt IKEA Indonesia has the right to disqualify participant if she/he does not follow the instructions concerning the mechanism of the program completely, does not comply with the terms and conditions, is suspected of foul play or any other criteria of the program. Return by voucher only.

3 10% Cashback Voucher Program ini berlaku pada tanggal Oktober 201 Pelanggan yang berbelanja produk IKEA dengan minimum pembelanjaan Rp ,- dalam 1 transaksi,dan kelipatan Rp ,- setelahnya berhak mendapatkan IKEA Gift Voucher. Nilai belanja akan dibulatkan. 5 Lucky Dip Program Program ini berlaku pada tanggal 14 & 15 October 2017 Program ini berlaku untuk pelanggan yang berbelanja minimum Rp ,- (satu juta lima ratus rupiah) produk IKEA Indonesia, tidak termasuk IKEA Food, Services & Appliances. Berlaku untuk satu struk per pelanggan per hari. Berlaku untuk struk pembelanjaan di hari yang sama Pelanggan diminta mengikuti mekanisme penukaran Lucky Dip yang hanya berlaku di Toko IKEA Alam Sutera. Selama persediaan masih ada. Pengembalian hanya dengan voucher.

6 Lucky Dip Program This program is valid on October 14 & This program is valid for customers who spend a minimum of Rp 1,500,000 (one million five hundred rupiah) on products of IKEA Indonesia. Products of IKEA Food, Services & Appliances are not included. This program is valid for one receipt per customer per day. Valid for shopping receipt on the same day. 7 HADIAH ULANG TAHUN IKEA Program ini hanya berlaku pada tanggal 15 Oktober 2017 Program ini berlaku untuk pelanggan yang memiliki tanggal lahir yang sama denga IKEA Alam Sutera, yaitu 15 Oktober Pelanggan harus dapat menunjukkan Identitas Asli yang menunjukkan tanggal lahirnya seperti KTP, SIM, Passpor, dsb kepada Co-Worker IKEA yang bertugas Promosi ini berlaku satu kali untuk satu orang Pelanggan berhak mendapatkan hadiah Special dari IKEA Indonesia IKEA Indonesia memiliki hak untuk menarik hadiah Special tersebut apabila pelanggan dianggap memberikan informasi yang tidak benar Penukaran hadiah dilakukan di area IKEA Food Market, Lantai satu, IKEA Alam Sutera Selama persediaan masih ada.

8 IKEA BIRTHDAY GIFT Only valid on October This program is for customers who have the same birthday as IKEA Alam Sutera, which is on October 1 Customers must present the original Identification that shows his or her birthday, such as Identity card, Driver s license, Passport etc. to IKEA Co-Worker in-charge A person can only redeem this promotion once The customers are entitled to a special gift from IKEA Indonesia. IKEA Indonesia has the right to withdraw the gift if the customers are thought to have given incorrect information. The gift can be redeemed in IKEA Food Market area, on the first floor of IKEA Alam Sutera. While stock lasts.

9 LOMBA MERAKIT PRODUK 9. Program Kompetisi Merakit Produk, diselenggarakan oleh PT. Hero Supermarket Tbk., Divisi IKEA, untuk selanjutnya disebut sebagai IKEA Indonesia. Program ini berlaku bagi peserta pria dan wanita, Warga Negara Indonesia (WNI) dan berdomisili di wilayah Republik Indonesia, minimum usia 18 tahun, dan memiliki kartu identitas diri yang masih berlaku (KTP, SIM atau Paspor). Program ini berlangsung tanggal 15 Oktober 2017 pukul Pendaftaran dilakukan tanggal 15 Oktober pada jam 100 di area layanan mandiri Kompetisi akan diadakan di area layanan mandiri mulai jam 100 sebanyak 4 sesi Maksimum peserta dalam 1 tim per sesi adalah 2 orang IKEA Indonesia berhak menentukan jenis produk dan lama waktu perakitan produk tersebut. Peserta wajib mengikuti syarat ketentuan dan mekanisme yang berlaku dalam program Kompetisi Merakit Produk ini. Peserta tercepat yang merakit furniture dengan benar dapat membawa pulang perabot tersebut secara gratis Pemilihan pemenang dilakukan oleh IKEA Indonesia, berdasarkan kriteria pemilihan yang sudah disepakati. Keputusan juri adalah final dan tidak dapat diganggu gugat. 10 FURNITURE BUILDING COMPETITION 9. The Furniture Building Competition program is held by PT. Hero Supermarket Tbk, IKEA Divison, called IKEA Indonesia so forth. This program is valid for Indonesian Citizen (WNI) who resides in Indonesia, minimum of age 18 years old, and holds a valid identification (identity card, Driver s license or Passport) This program will be held on October 15, 2017 at Registration will be done on October 15, 2017 at 100 in Self - Serve area. The competition will be held in self-serve area starting from 100 divided into 4 sessions The Maximum number is 5 participants per session IKEA Indonesia has the right to choose the product and set the time allotment for the assembly. Participants must follow the terms and conditions, as well as the mechanism of the program. The quickest participants who can assembly the furniture correctly can take home the furniture free of charge The selection of the winner will be done by IKEA Indonesia based on the selection criteria agreed. The jury s decision is final and cannot be contested. IKEA Indonesia is not responsible for any mistakes occurred without IKEA s duly supervision. IKEA Indonesia has the right to modify the terms and conditions or any regulations of the program without prior notice. 11 KOMPETISI FOTO #3tahunIKEA Program ini berlaku bagi peserta pria dan wanita, Warga Negara Indonesia (WNI) dan berdomisili di wilayah Republik Indonesia, minimum usia 18 tahun, dan memiliki kartu identitas diri yang masih berlaku (KTP, SIM atau Paspor). Program ini berlangsung mulai dari tanggal 8-15 Oktober 201 Peserta diharuskan upload foto di booth yang terdapat di toko IKEA Alam Sutera mengikuti detil mekanisme sebagai berikut: Peserta harus punya akun sosial media Instagram Peserta diharuskan upload foto dengan menggunakan #3tahunIKEA Peserta diharuskan follow akun Instagram IKEA Indonesia terlebih dahulu sebelum upload. Peserta wajib mention atau tag akun Instagram IKEA Indonesia: Setiap peserta dapat upload foto lebih dari sekali dalam dua hari perayaan ulang tahun IKEA, tapi peserta hanya memiliki satu kali kesempatan menang. Caption bebas namun tidak boleh mengandung unsur pornografi dan SARA (Suku Agama Ras dan Antar Golongan). IKEA Indonesia memiliki hak atas foto yang telah di-submit peserta. Peserta yang telah mengikuti Kompetisi Foto #3tahunIKEA telah termasuk dalam jaringan yang akan mengumpulkan data akun sosial media melalui hashtag yang digunakan. Pemenang akan diumumkan melalui Instagram IKEA Indonesia pada tanggal 25 Oktober IKEA Indonesia tidak bertanggung jawab atas kesalahan apapun yang berhubungan dengan promosi ini, di mana kesalahan tersebut terjadi di luar pengawasan yang sewajarnya dari IKEA Indonesia. Free caption but should not contain any pornography or be offensive to SARA (Ethnic group, Religion and Group). IKEA Indonesia has the rightful claim for photos submitted by the participants. Setiap satu bendera dapat di tukarkan dengan voucher Rp di area layanan pelanggan dengan menyertakan struk pembelian minimal Rp 500,000 di hari yang sama. Pelanggan dapat mengambil lebih dari satu bendera. Penukaran voucher hanya bisa dilakukan di hari yang sama. Pengembalian hanya dengan voucher.

14 GRATIS BIAYA PENGANTARAN & PERAKITAN Program ini berlaku pada tanggal 15 Oktober 201 Berlaku untuk 50 pelanggan pertama di toko maupun online dengan minimum pembelanjaan Rp 20,000,000 dan maksimal Rp 50,000,000 dalam satu struk di hari yang sama. Berlaku hanya untuk 1 kali pengantaran ke 1 alamat tujuan. Khusus untuk area pengantaran Zona A, B, C (0-60 Km).

15 FREE DELIVERY AND ASSEMBLY This program only valid on 15th October 201 Valid for 50 first customers with minimum purchase Rp 20, and maximum purchase Rp 50,000,000 in one receipt on the same day. Valid for 1 time delivery to 1 address only. Delivery area is Zone A, B C (0-60 Km).

16 TREASURE HUNT Program valid on 13th & 14th October 2017 Customer can search and find hidden flag in the designated area at specific time. Every one flag can be redeemed with GV Rp 100,000 at customer service area with showing receipt transaction with minimum purchase Rp 500,000 on the same day. Customer can collect more than one flag. Voucher redemption can be only be done on the same day. Refund by voucher only.
