1 3. Surat (Letter) Surat merupakan sarana komunikasi tertulis, yang biasanya dikirimkan melalui kantor pos. namun, seiring dengan perkembangan zaman, surat tidak hanya menggunakan media kertas. Sekarang surat elektronik atau yang biasa kita kenal dengan menjadi pilihan banyak orang untuk saling berkirim surat. The body of the letter (tubuh surat/susunan surat) /Heading /Greeting /Closing Surat adalah gagasan, ide, ungkaan perasaan dalam bentuk tulisan dengan tujuan dan maksud tertentu yang disampaikan kepada pembaca atau penerima. Ditinjau dari tujuan dan maksudnya, surat dapat golongkan kedalam beberapa jenis : 1. Surat minta Izin (asking for permission)
