1 ABSTRACT Along with the progress of mining industry, there is a capital needed for business expansion. An effort to obtain using go public process that makes investor investment in stock. Observer intends to analyze the business performance by financial ratio that influence to the stock price including knowing how influence of Debt Equity Ratio (DER), Return On Asset (ROA), Return On Equity (ROE), and Earning Per Share (EPS) toward the stock price of mining sector registered in LQ45 of periods. The sampling technique used is purposive to determine of particular criteria. Based on the standard, it is obtained six shares as follows: PT. Aneka Tambang Persero Tbk (ANTM), PT. Bumi Resources Tbk (BUMI), PT. International Nickle Indonesia Tbk (INCO), PT. Medco Energi International Tbk (MEDC), PT. Tambang Batubara Bukit Asam Tbk (PTBA), and PT. Timah Tbk (TINS). The study arranged by using of classical assumption and multiple regression tests. According to the analysis result, it is concluded that simultaneously the variable of Debt Equity Ratio (DER), Return On Asset (ROA), Return On Equity (ROE), and Earning Per Share (EPS) influence to the stock price. Partially, there is only Return On Asset (ROA) and Earning Per Share (EPS) influence significantly to the stock price that registered in LQ45 of periods. 2 ABSTRAK Seiring berkembangnya usaha di sektor pertambangan, membuat perusahaan melakukan ekspansi yang membutuhkan modal. Salah satu usaha perusahaan mendapatkan modal adalah melalui proses go public yang membuat para investor mulai menanamkan modalnya pada saham perusahaan. Penulis ingin menganalisis kinerja perusahaan melalui rasio keuangan perusahaan yang berpengaruh terhadap harga saham. Diantaranya mengetahui pengaruh Debt Equity Ratio (DER), Return On Asset (ROA), Return On Equity (ROE) dan Earning Per Share (EPS) terhadap harga saham sektor pertambangan yang terdaftar dalam LQ45 pada periode Pengambilan sampel yang dilakukan dengan menetapkan kriteria tertentu (purposive sampling method). Berdasarkan kriteria diperoleh enam saham yaitu, PT.Aneka Tambang Persero Tbk (ANTM), PT. Bumi Resources Tbk (BUMI), PT. International Nickel Indonesia Tbk (INCO), PT. Medco Energi International Tbk (MEDC), PT. Tambang Batubara Bukit Asam Tbk (PTBA) dan PT.Timah Tbk (TINS). Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan uji asumsi klasik dan uji regresi berganda. Berdasarkan hasil analisis yang dilakukan, disimpulkan bahwa secara simultan variabel Debt Equity Ratio (DER), Return On Asset (ROA), Return On Equity (ROE) dan Earning Per Share (EPS) berpengaruh terhadap harga saham. Secara parsial hanya Return On Asset (ROA) dan Earning Per Share (EPS) yang berpengaruh signifikan terhadap harga saham sektor pertambangan yang masuk dalam LQ45 periode Kata Kunci: DER, ROA, ROE, EPS dan Harga Saham ix
