1 ABSTRACT The Inventories Accounting Method and Capital Structures is the company s policy that is not always influence the company`s stock price performance itself and. The purpose of this research is to know the influence between inventory accounting method and capital structure on price earnings ratio. The data are used 12 manufacturing company that concern in textil and auyomotive sectors that registered in Indonesian Stock Exchange It was analyzed using multiple linear regression. The conclusion of the result of the hipothesis tested shows that there is no significant influence between inventories accounting method on price earnings ratio and there is no influence too between capital structures on price earnings ratio partially. Inventories accounting method and capital structures have no significant influence on price earnings ratio is the conclusion simultaneously. 2 ABSTRAK Metode akuntansi persediaan dan penggunaan struktur modal yang optimal merupakan suatu kebijakan perusahaan yang tidak selalu mempengaruhi harga saham dan kinerja perusahaan. Hal tersebut dikarenakan beberapa faktor lain di luar kebijakan perusahaan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui berapa besar pengaruh dari pemilihan metode akuntansi persediaan dan struktur modal terhadap price earnings ratio. Data yang digunakan adalah 12 perusahaan manufaktur yang bergerak di bidang tekstil dan otomotif yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode Analisis data menggunakan pengujian regresi linear berganda. Hasil pengujian hipotesis secara parsial diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa tidak terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara metode akuntansi persediaan terhadap price earnings ratio dan juga tidak terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara penggunaan struktur modal terhadap price earnings ratio. Secara simultan diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa tidak terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan metode akuntansi persediaan dan struktur modal terhadap price earnings ratio.
