PRACTICAL JOB ANALYSIS Problems To Be Addressed Job analysis is the process of obtaining information about jobs by determining the duties, tasks, or activities of those jobs. It is the cornerstone of Human Resource (HR) Management because the information it collects serve so many HR functions. If organization do not understand the nature of the job to be done, we cannot select appropriate candidates for that job, assess their worth in the market, develop appropriate training and development programs, mentor them, or adequately carry out of the multitudinous HR functions.
