PENJELASAN TEKNIS 1. Industri pengolahan dikelompokkan ke dalam 4 golongan berdasarkan banyaknya pekerja, yaitu : a. Industri Besar adalah perusahaan Industri yang mempunyai pekerja 100 orang atau lebih. b. Industri Sedang adalah perusahaan yang mempunyai pekerja 20-99 orang. c. Industri Kecil adalah perusahaan yang mempunyai pekerja 5-19 orang, dan d. Industri Rumahtangga adalah usaha kerajinan rumahtangga yang mempunyai pekerja antara 1-4 orang. 2. Klasifikasi Industri Kecil/Kerajian Rumahtangga menurut subsektor Industri yaitu : 31 Industri Makanan, Minuman & Tembakau. 32 Industri Tekstil, Pakaian Jadi & Barang dari kulit. 33 Industri Barang dari kayu dan sejenisnya. 34 Industri Kertas dan Barang Cetakan. 35 Industri Kimia dan Barang dari Karet/Plastik. 36 Industri Semen & Barang Galian bukan logam. 37 Logam Dasar Besi & Baja. 38 Ind Barang dari Logam, Mesin & Alat Angkut. 39 Industri Pengolahan Lainnya. TECHNICAL NOTES 1. According to the on number of employes, manufacturing industry is categorized into 4 (four) groups : a. Large scale manufacturing establishment having at least 100 employes. b. Medium scale menufacturing industry that comprise those having 20-99 employes. c. Small scale manufacturing industry that consist of those having 15-19 employes. d. Home industry that consist of those having 1-4 employees. 2. 6.1 Sektor Industri dan Tenaga Kerja Sektor industri di Kab. Ngawi berjalan lambat namun terus meningkat. Jumlah industri kecil/kerajinan rumah-tangga naik dari 15.346 pada tahun 2009 menjadi 15.643 pada tahun (Tabel 6.1.1). Nilai produksi dari usaha di atas juga meningkat dari 109,962 milyar rupiah pada tahun 2009 menjadi 121,824 milyar rupiah pada tahun (Tabel 6.1.3). Sektor industri Kecil/Kerajinan rumahtangga menyerap tenaga kerja 39.281 pada tahun meningkat 1,35 persen dibanding tahun 2009. Industri barang dari kayu dan sejenisnya sebagai subsektor yang paling banyak menyerap tenaga kerja yaitu sebesar 20.419 pekerja. 6.2 Sektor Listrik dan Air Jumlah pelanggan listrik PLN pada tahun mencapai 175.899 pelanggan, meningkat sekitar 4,23% dari tahun 2009 yang mencapai 168.751 pelanggan. Jumlah pemakaian listrik tahun mencapai 165.199 Mwh, meningkat 7,2% dari tahun sebelumnya. Jumlah pelanggan PDAM mengalami peningkatan dari 19.552 pada tahun 2009 menjadi 21.264 pelanggan pada tahun. Total produksi air minum yang disalurkan pada tahun mencapai 4,697 juta m 3, meningkat sekitar 4,32 % dari tahun sebelumnya (Tabel 6.2.7). 6.1 Industry Sector and Employees Industry sector in Ngawi walks slowly but increase in number of manufacturers and production price. Number of small industry/home industry increase from 15.346 in 2009 become 15.643 in (Table 6.1.1). The value of production increase from 109,962 billion rupiahs to 121,824 billion rupiahs in (Table 6.1.3). The industrial sector Small Industry and Home Industry absorb 39,281 workers in increased by 1.35 percent compared to the year 2009. Manufacture of products of wood and alike as a subsector of the most absorbing worker that is equal to 20,419 workers. 6.2 Electricity and Drinking Water Number of PLN customers increase about 3,26% from 163.447 costumers in 2008 to 168.782 costumers in 2009. Number of Electric used in is 165.199 Mwh, increase about 7,2% from the year before. Number of PDAM costumers increase from 19.552 in 2009 to 21.264 costumers in. Total of drinking water production in are 4,697 million m 3, increase about 4.32% from the year before are 4,494 million m 3.
