Memenuhi persyaratan yang telah ditentukan oleh BPS sesuai Peraturan Ka BpS No.48 Tahun 2012 Tentang Tugas Belajar dan ljin Belajar, Seperti : a. Memiliki masa kerja sekurang-kurangnya 3 (tiga) tahun sejak diangkat sebagai PNS dibuktikan dengan Surat Keputusan pengangkatan PNS; b. Memiliki pangkavgolongan serendah-rendahnya Penata Muda (lll/a) dibuktikan dengan SK; c. Tidak sedang menjalani Tugas Belajar atau lzin Belajar, dibuktikan dengan Surat Keterangan dari atasan langsung 4. Mendapat ijin tertulis dari atasan setingkat eselon ll melalui surat pengantar yang ditujukan ke Pusdiklat BPS; 5. Mengirimkan formulir pendaftaran beasiswa dari BPS (terlampir) yang bertandatangan asli dengan persetujuan atasan langsung (minimal eselon ll); 6. I. Japan-lMF Scholarship Program for Asia The Japan-ll\4F Scholarship Program for Asia (JISPA) aims to contribute to institutional capacity building of key macroeconomic management agencies iri emerging and developing countries in Asia by providing training opportunities for iunior government officials. The JISPA targets highly motivated government officials who may serve as future macroeconomic policy makers with the capacity and vision to contribute effectively to the economic development ot their countries. The JISPA comprises of two tracks: (1) partnershiptrack; and (2) open{rack. II. Partnership Track The JISPA partnership track allows scholars to study specially designed graduate level courses concentrating on macroeconomics at an ll\ilf partnership university. The partnership universities are: lvlacroeconomic Policy Program (l\4aster of Public Policy-one year program) Macroeconomic Policy Program ([,4aster of Arts in Public Economics-two year program) Asian Public Policy Program lvlaster of Public Policy (Public Economics)-two year programl lvlacroeconomic Policy Program (Master of Arts in Economics -two year program) International Program/N,4aster of Public Policy (Master of Public Policy two year program) Orientation Program: To ensure that new entrants are well prepared to commence their master s programs and to adjusto life in Japan, the JISPA ofiers the Orientation Program (OP) to newly accepted scholars under the partnership track. lt comprises intensive courses in (1) English; (2) mathematics for economics/introductory econometrics, (3) introductory economics, and (4) Japanese. The OP is conducted at the IUJ in Niigata prefecture, Japan, and held from mid-july to late-september (2.5 months) prior to commencing studies at the partnership universities. III. Open Track The open track of the JISPA provides support to scholars who wish to study graduate-level macroeconomics or a related field at either the master's or Ph.D. level at any leading university in Japan. However, priority is given to Ph.D. candidates. IV. Benefits The JISPA covers all reasonablexpenses for scholars' studies in Japan.. Full university admission and tuition fees. Annual book allowance and monthly hving allowance. Computer/software allowance. l\,4edical insurance. A round-trip airfare and traveil allowance. Orientation Program tuition fees (partnership track only). Annual field tip fees (pannership track only). Research related fees, including field research fees (open-track Ph.D. progrcm only) The scholarship covers expenses incurred by the scholar only. \l Eligibility To be eligible, an applicant must meet the following criteria;. A national of one of the following countries: Bangladesh, Bhutan, Cambodia, China, India, Indonesia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyz Fepublic, Lao PD.R., [/alaysia, Maldives, Mongolia, t\,4yanmar, Nepal, Pacilic lsland Countries, Papua New Guinea, Philippines, Sri Lanka, Tajikistan, Thailand, Timor Leste, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan, and Vietnam. Working for a key economic agency such as central bank, ministry of economy, ministry of finance, or financial regulatory agencyr. A Bachelor's degree. Fluent in English. For the open-track onry: Applicants are expected to be studying at, have been admitted into, or be applying to a graduate program in economics in Japan VI.
