ABSTRACT Application of Islamic by Business Manager and The Related with Islamic Behavior, Performance, and Welfare Freeport Employees Since of 47 years period in the business management of Freeport have many problem which have related with employees and customary right of Kamoro and Amungme rates community. Related with the owner of Amungme and Kamoro rates customary was a problem form welfare and economy aspect. Related with the employees was often occurs strike, anarchistic riot, burning, shooting, and the desire to closed mines of Freeport. It can happen, due to management error in the business managent. Freeport management which represented by manager can t apply the values which make the employees feels comfortable and won their heart. This study aims to determine the deepht of Islamic values which has been applied by business manager of Freeport to determine the deepht of Islamic behavior run by Freeport s employees, determind the deepth performanced behavior run by Freeport s employees, determind the deepth Islamic welfare of Freeport, determind the deepth implication of Islamic values applied by business manager at the Islamic behavior, performance, and welfare of Freeport s employees. This research use qualitative approach, that is a research which see social reality as fully something, complex, dinamic, and fully meaning. Qualitative research of phenomena is try to explain and reveal the meaning of the concept or phenomena of experience where based of consciousness occurs in some indivuduals. The study result shows that, business manager of Freeport not yet apply Islamic value which related with honesty aspects, justice, openess and partnership. The business manager tend to appliying a closed and authoritarian management. Islamic performance of Freeport s employees been executed covering aspect Itqan, Iffah, and Ihsan. Islamic perfomance of employees formed by factor of interest and environment of place to work. Islamic performance of Freeport s employees keep running by following aspect of quality, quantity, cost effectiveness, and timeliness. Islamic performance run due to demand aspect and company policy. Islamic welfare of s employees based of maqashid Shari ah (religion, soul, mind, descent, and treasure) can be met by n s employees. Application of Islamic values by businnes manager of undirectly related on behavior, performance, and Islamic welfare of s employees. In this study be discovered if Keith Davis s concept about behavior can t fully implemented to s employees behavior. The other findings is develop Shihab s teory assosiated with performance indicator, is a intention work for God and efficiency in work.
