Lokasi Sistem Perpipaan Sistem perpipaan yang dianalisis sebagai studi kasus pada tugas akhir ini adalah sistem perpipaan milik Conoco Phillips Indonesia yang berada di lokasi laut Natuna blok B, tepatnya di area Hang Tuah, seperti terlihat pada gambar 4.1 di bawah ini. 4.1.1. Jalur Pipeline Jalur pipeline berada pada area Hang Tuah tersebut meliputi tiga jalur pipeline, yaitu 12-inchi infield pipeline dari MK1 ke MJ1, 14-inchi infield pipeline dari Hang Tuah ke MK1, dan 18-inchi export pipeline dari Hang Tuah ke Duyong, seperti pada gambar 4.2. 4.3. Data Pipa dan Coating 4.3.1. Data Pipa [22] Data pipa terdiri dari dimensi pipa dan data material pipa. Data dimensi pipa ini meliputi diameter dan wall thickness. Sedangkan data material pipa yang akan digunakan adalah material baja DNV OS F101 U. Data material pipa ini meliputi mechanical properties seperti modulus elastisitas serta sifat termal seperti koefisien ekspansi termal. Data dimensi dan material pipa ditunjukkan pada tabel 4.1 berikut ini.. Data Lingkungan Data-data lingkungan yang akan digunakan untuk analisis span adalah data lingkungan di sekitar lokasi pipeline. Data-data ini didapatkan dari hasil proses perancangan pipeline yang sebelumnya. Data-data lingkungan ini meliputi data air laut, data arus laut, dan data gelombang laut. 4.4.1. Data Air Laut [21] Data air terdiri dari data temperatur air laut pada berbagai lokasi, sifat-sifat dari air laut tersebut seperti densitas dan viskositas, dan data kedalaman air laut. Data temperatur air laut dapat dilihat pada tabel 4.3, sifat air laut ditunjukkan pada tabel 4.4, dan data kedalaman air laut diberikan pada tabel 4.5.
