Creative Thinking Technique Problems To Be Addressed Companies are now facing more complex and varied business situation. This situation needs a different way of handling them. Rational and logical thinking skills are becoming insuffient method to handle the situation. It is quite often that creative problem solving is needed to handle some issues. Therefore, skills using creative problem solving techniques become important. If we get used to adjust our thinking pattern to a certain situation, our technique to solve problem will get more effective. This program will guide the participants to identify what is creative thinking technique and how to solve problem creatively. Teknik Berpikir Kreatif Menjawab Masalah Apa Situasi yang dihadapi perusahaan saat ini semakin bervariasi dan kompleks. Variasi dan kompleksitas situasi tersebut membutuhkan cara-cara pemecahan masalah yang berbeda. Ini membuat ketrampilan berpikir logis-rasional saja menjadi tidak cukup. Tidak jarang situasi tertentu membutuhkan pemecahan masalah secara kreatif. Oleh karenanya, ketrampilan menggunakan teknik-teknik pemecahan masalah secara kreatif menjadi penting. Dengan membiasakan untuk menyesuaikan pola berpikir yang sesuai dengan situasi tertentu, pemecahan masalah akan menjadi semakin efektif. Program ini mengajak peserta untuk mengenali apa dan bagaimana memecahkan masalah secara kreatif.
