Government Goods/Services Procurement Expert Certification Problem addressed The President of Republic of Indonesia Decree Number 70 of 2012 on Guidelines for Government Goods/Services Procurement Implementation Article 9 sub-article (1) states that users of government goods/services must have government goods/services procurement certificate. According to Article 1 number 15, the term of government goods/services procurement certificate refers to evidence of recognition on professional competencies and abilities in government goods/services procurement. The certificate is required by a professional to be appointed as user of the goods/services or the procurement committee/officer. For participating in providing certified and qualified Government Goods/Services Procurement Expert, PPM Manajemen in cooperation with Economic and Human Resources Development Institute (EHRDI) organize Government Goods/Services Procurement Certification Training Program. We have run the similar program from batch I until XXXII, all with the excellence graduation result. Training Objective After completing this training, the participants are expected to: 1. Understand the guidelines for government goods/services procurement implementation according to The President Decree Number 70 of 2012. 2. Have qualification to meet certification requirement for government goods/services procurement. 3. Become professionals in government goods/services procurement who are able to do his/her job based on Government Goods/Services Procurement Code of Ethics Who should participate? Participants are from public institution, government technical department and local government, and also professionals from private sector who have interest and work relationship as provider of government goods/services. Instructors The instructors are competent experts from BAPPENAS (National Development Planning Agency), Departemen Pekerjaan Umum (General Work Department), Indonesia Procurement Watch (IPW), and some consultants who have involved in developing the standard of training module according to the President Decree Number 70 of 2012. The training will be held in four (4) days and wrapped with test. Minimum have D3 degree or High School degree with at least 3 years relevant experience in goods/services procurement. 2. Completing registration form. 3. Submitting copy of identity card. All documents should be submitted to Customer Service Department of PPM Manajemen at least two days before the day of the training. You may send the document by post/courier service or by facsimile. If the document send by facsimile, you should submit the similar complete document in the day of test. Investment Investment for each participant is Rp 5.000.000

Sertifikasi Ahli Pengadaan Barang/Jasa Pemerintah Menjawab Masalah Apa? Peraturan Presiden Republik Indonesia Nomor 70 tahun 2012 tentang Pedoman Pelaksanaan Pengadaan Barang/Jasa Pemerintah, Pasal 9, ayat (1) d menyatakan bahwa pengguna barang/jasa pemerintah harus memiliki sertifikat keahlian pengadaan barang/jasa pemerintah. Pengertian istilah sertifikat keahlian pengadaan barang/jasa pemerintah menurut Ketentuan Umum dalam Pasal 1 angka 15 adalah tanda bukti pengakuan atas kompetensi dan kemampuan profesi di bidang pengadaan barang/jasa pemerintah yang merupakan persyaratan seseorang untuk diangkat sebagai pengguna barang/jasa atau panitia/pejabat pengadaan. Dalam rangka ikut berperan serta dalam penyediaan Ahli Pengadaan Barang/Jasa Pemerintah yang bukan hanya memiliki sertifikat tetapi juga berkualitas, maka PPM Manajemen bekerjasama dengan Economic and Human Resource Development Institute (EHRDI) berencana menyelenggarakan Program Pelatihan Sertifikasi Ahli Pengadaan Barang/Jasa Pemerintah. Program serupa telah dilaksanakan sampai dengan angkatan XXXII dengan hasil kelulusan yang sangat memuaskan. Manfaat Apa yang Anda Peroleh? Setelah mengikuti pelatihan ini, diharapkan peserta akan : 1. Memahami pedoman pelaksanakan pengadaan barang/jasa pemerintah sesuai Perpres No. 70 Tahun 2012 2. Memiliki kualifikasi yang cukup untuk memenuhi persyaratan sertifikasi ahli pengadaan barang/jasa pemerintah 3. Menjadi pelaksana pengadaan barang/jasa pemerintah yang mampu menjalankan tugas sejalan dengan Kode Etik Ahli Pengadaan Barang/Jasa Pemerintah. Apa Saja yang Dibahas? 1. Permasalahan tata kelola yang baik (good governance), Korupsi dan Kode Etik Profesi Pengadaan Barang/Jasa Pemerintah 5. Latihan persiapan ujian sertifikasi. Siapa yang Perlu Ikut? Peserta berasal dari instansi pemerintah, departemen teknis maupun pemerintah daerah, serta kalangan swasta yang memiliki kepedulian/hubungan kerja sebagai penyedia barang/jasa pemerintah.

Instruktur Beberapa instruktur berasal dari ahli yang kompeten dari BAPPENAS, Departemen Pekerjaan Umum, Indonesian Procurement Watch (IPW) dan konsultan yang terlibat dalam penyusunan modul pelatihan standar sesuai Perpers No. 70 Tahun 2012. Waktu dan Tempat Program Pelatihan Sertifikasi Ahli Pengadan Barang/Jasa Pemerintah ini akan diselenggarakan selama 3 (tiga) hari dan diakhiri dengan ujian. Persyaratan Ujian Sertifikasi Persyaratan untuk mengikuti ujian sertifikasi adalah sbb : 1. Sekurang-kurangnya Lulus D3 atau SLTA dengan pengalaman di bidang yang berkaitan dengan pengadaan barang/jasa selama 3 tahun atau lebih. 2. Mengisi Formulir pendaftaran 3. Menyerahkan copy KTP Seluruh dokumen harus sudah diserahkan ke Bagian Pelayanan Pelanggan PPM Manajemen paling lambat dua hari kerja sebelum pelaksanaan pelatihan dilaksanakan. Dokumen dapat dikirim langsung, melalui pos atau melalui faksimili. Apabila dokumen dikirim melalui faksimili, mohon pada hari pelaksanaan ujian dapat menyerahkan satu set dokumen yang sama.
