Prinsip-prinsip tersebut juga menjadi pedoman bagi seluruh anggota Dewan Komisaris dalam menjalankan fungsi pengawasan terhadap pengelolaan Perseroan. Board of Commissioners and Board of Directors continue to encourage all levels of the company to always act accordingly to the principles of good corporate governance. The principles also serve as guidelines for all members of Board of Commissioners in performing their role to oversee the management of the company. Antara lain masalah rendahnya kualitas batubara dan keterbatasan kapasitas produksi dibanding demand yang ada, maupun dalam mengantisipasi potensi permasalahan yang mungkin akan terjadi pada tahun 2012, sehingga target Rencana Kerja dan Anggaran Perseroan tahun 2012 dapat dilaksanakan dengan baik.
