Evaluating Training Program Problems To Be Addressed This training discusses efforts to improve training effectively through systematic and detailed training evaluation. Objectives Having attended this program, the participants are expected to be able to: Understand the comprehensive approach to evaluate the effectiveness of training program Understand the four levels of evaluating training program Understand the process of developing measurement criteria, method and evaluation tools Subjects Covered The four levels of evaluation (reaction, learning, working attitude and result). Principles on designing the questionnaires, pre-post test and interviewing. Post training follow-up. Who Should Attend Training & Development Managers Internal instructors Decision makers in training and development of human resource. Note : To be more effective, participants should have attended Designing Training Program and / or have at least two years experience in developing training program. Price : IDR 4.0.000
