Project Procurement & Risk Management Problem To Be Addressed Indonesia as a developing country has a lot of projects, both physically and non-physical, the scale of the project schedule maybe prepared in the short-term or long-term. Therefore the project stakeholder requires a deep understanding of the scope and risk of the project. The planning that has been prepared in detail will not experience significant deviations.
