PAKET SPECIAL IN-HOUSE TRAINING PENDAHULUAN : In-house Training adalah suatu program pelatihan / training yang diselenggarakan oleh suatu perusahaan atau organisasi / institusi dengan menggunakan tempat pelatihan dan peralatan sendiri, menentukan jumlah peserta yang akan ikut pelatihan dan mendatangkan trainer sendiri. Jadi, anda menyiapkan tempat (baik itu di kantor, di hotel, dll) kemudian menyediakan peralatan dan mendatangkan Trainer yang sesuai dengan topik tertentu yang bibutuhkan. Pelatihan ini sangat diperlukan untuk diberikan kepada karyawan sebagai bagian dari persyaratan legislatif untuk kinerja industri dan standar keselamatan atau persyaratan pendidikan berkelanjutan. Hal ini pun sangat dibutuhkan untuk menjaga kualitas SDM untuk memaksimalkan potensi yang mereka miliki dan relevan dengan yang mereka hadapi dalam bekerja. Program in house training yang kami selenggarakan bisa dilihat dari materi Public Trainingp kami, dan untuk Topik yang dibawakan dalam In-house training bisa disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan dan harapan dari perusahaan, sehingga dipastikan sesuai dengan kebutuhan perusahaan. MAKSUD DAN TUJUAN : Meningkatkan kualitas Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) yang bekerja atau didayagunakan oleh instansi terkait. Hal ini diharapkan dapat mendukung target organisasi dalam upaya mencapai sasaran yang telah ditetapkan. Bekerja sesuai Misi dan Visi organisasi. Menciptakan interaksi antara peserta. Jika organsisasi, instansi atau perusahaan yang memiliki banyak cabang di berbagai daerah yang tersebar di Indonesia maka besar kemungkinan mereka memiliki cara kerja yang berbeda, pengalaman yang berbeda, dan kualitas yang berbeda. Dengan In-house Training peserta dapat bertukar informasi sehingga bukan tidak mungkin ini cara yang paling efektif untuk menciptakan standarisasi kinerja yang paling efektif. Mana yang paling bagus, paling efektif dan mana yang terbaik bisa dibuat standar kerja di semua cabang, sehingga semua cabang bisa berkembang secara merata dan berkualitas. Mempererat rasa kekeluargaan dan kebersamaan antara karyawan. Biaya investasi tersebut diatas masih dapat dinegosiasikan. Jika jumlah peserta melebihi dari jumlah paket yang telah ditetapkan, maka biaya investasi tidak dapat dinegosiasikan.
