Denda sebesar 0% dari biaya program untuk pembatalan yang dilakukan 1 (satu) hari kerja sebelum tanggal penyelenggaraan. Denda sebesar 100% dari biaya program untuk pembatalan yang dilakukan pada tanggal penyelenggaraan.
