16 Question 16 (8 marks) Read the text, then answer the questions that follow. Sejak saya kecil saya tertarik akan bermacam-macam olahraga, khususnya olahraga tim. Di sekolah saya selalu menang perlombaan lari di karnaval atletik. Saya sering dipilih sebagai anggota tim renang sekolah. Saya juga kapten tim sepak bola dan tim kami sering menang kompetisi antar sekolah. Sesudah tamat sekolah, saya kurang pasti tentang cita-cita saya, jadi saya bepergian ke Amerika. Sementara saya disana, saya bekerja sebagai pelatih olahraga di sekolah. Saya pikir, itu pekerjaan yang mudah tetapi ternyata pandai berolahraga tidak cukup. Ada beberapa murid yang kurang bugar, dan ada juga yang benci bermain olahraga karena dipaksa oleh orang tuanya. Saya harus belajar kesabaran, cara memberi motivasi serta cara menjelaskan peraturan olahraga kepada siswa. Pekerjaannya sulit tetapi bukan main bangganya saya ketika mereka menang kompetisi pertama mereka. Saya senang sekali mengajar anakanak dan mereka membantu saya menemukan ketrampilan saya dan apa yang mau saya lakukan pada masa depan. Sekarang saya bekerja sebagai guru olahraga di sekolah. Ada banyak tantangan bekerja sebagai guru olahraga tetapi menyaksikan siswa-siswa menikmati dan sadar akan pentingnya olahraga lebih penting daripada kemenangan.
