3 Didirikan pada Juni 1999, CV Buana Mahayasa Sakti (BMS) memulai kegiatan produksinya dengan hanya 1 (satu) unit mesin produksi dan 7 (tujuh) orang pegawai. BMS saat ini Fasilitas 4 (empat) buah mesin produksi, beberapa unit laboraturium dengan fasilitas canggih dan terkomputerisasi, serta kurang lebih 200 orang tenaga kerja termasuk tenaga ahli menjadi asset penting Perusahaan saat ini. Setiap bulannya BMS mampu memproduksi sekitar 80 hingga 90 juta batang filterrods untuk mensuplai keberbagai perusahaan rokok. Meskipun persaingan industri filterrods semakin ketat, BMS tetap bertahan tak tergoyahkan, bahkan terus berkembang dan melebarkan sayap untuk merambah pasar industri rokok internasional. BMS nowadays At present time, with 4 (four) units of production machines, several units of laboratory with hi-end and computerized technology, and a number of 200 employees including the experts has become the important assets for the company. In each month, BMS shows its capability producing millions of filterrods for supplying some cigarettes companies. 4 Bagi BMS, setiap aspek kegiatan produksi sama pentingnya dan bersinergi dalam menghasilkan produk filterrods berkualitas prima. 1. Sumber Daya Manusia Sumber daya manusia merupakan ujung tombak keberhasilan sebuah proses usaha. Untuk itu setiap sumber daya manusia di BMS merupakan tenaga kerja yang terpilih dan professional yang memiliki kreatifitas, motivasi dan pemikiran inovasi yang tinggi dalam menjalankan pekerjaannya. Sejak proses perekrutan tenaga kerja, Perusahaan senantiasa melakukan seleksi yang sangat ketat. Selain itu, Perusahaan secara berkala mengadakan training internal dan mengikut sertakan tenaga kerja diberbagai seminar agar kualitas dan kinerja para pegawainya dapat terus berkembang. 2. Tenaga Ahli Tenaga ahli BMS telah dibekali pelatihan khusus yang sesuai dengan kualifikasi bidangnya, sehingga setiap tenaga kerja dapat bekerja secara optimal dalam menciptakan produk berkualitas prima. Penempatan mereka dapat diklasifikasikan sebagai berikut : Operator Mesin, bertugas menjalankan mesin produksi. Asisten Operator, bertugas membantu operator dalam menjalankan mesin. Teknisi, bertugas menyiapkan dan menjaga kinerja mesin produksi dan peralatan laboratorium agar dapat dipergunakan secara lancer pada waktu berproduksi. Quality Control, bertugas mengecek hasil produksi secara rutin dengan mempergunakan peralatan laboratorium sesuai dengan standar barang yang telah ditetapkan, mulai dari produk keluar dari produksi hingga distribusi ke klien. Ketcher, bertugas memasukkanbarang jadi produksi ke dalam kemasan. Ada satu lagi jenis filterrods di jajaran produk BMS yaitu Filter Non-Porositas sebagai salah satu produk yang cukup diminati oleh industri rokok Indonesia. Jenis filterrods ini hamper sama dengan filter Mild Porositas, namun terdapat sedikit perbedaan mengenai Plug Wrap yang digunakan. Filterrods Non Porositas mempergunakan Plug Wrap non poros. Filterrods Non Porositas dipakai untuk produksi rokok yang berdiameter kecil dengan ukuran antara 6.80 mm-7.00 mm. PILAR BISNIS PERUSAHAAN PILAR BISNIS PERUSAHAAN 3. Teknologi Untuk menghasilkan filterrods yang berkualitas, diperlukan mesin-mesin produksi yang dapat diandalkan. Sebagai Perusahaan yang selalu mengutamakan kualitas produk dan kepuasan konsumen, BMS memfasilitasi kegiatan produksi dengan mesin-mesin berteknologi tinggi dan terkini. Mesin-mesin produksi filterrods yang dimiliki BMS telah menggunakan system pengoperasian yang terkomputerisasi untuk menghasilkan efektifitas dan efisiensi produksi yang optimal. Mesin tersebut mampu memproduksi filterrods dengan kapasitas 400 m/menit. 4. Laboratorium Pembuatan filterrods harus melalui proses penelitian dan pemeriksaan yang dilakukan di laboratorium. BMS memiliki fasilitas laboratorium dengan system terkomputerisasi dan peralatan yang lengkap, antara lain : a. Alat ukur diameter dan ovality, berfungsi untuk mengukur ketepatan diameter dan kesempurnaan bentuk lingkaran atau ovality dari filterrods. Alat ini menggunakan teknologi inframerah, sehingga menghasilkan akurasi tinggi. b. Alat ukur pressure drop, berfungsi untuk mengukur pressure drop atau daya hisap filterrods. Hasil produksi filterrods BMS mempunyai pressure drop yang berbeda-beda sesuai keinginan klien. c. Alat ukur hardness, berfungsi untuk mengetahui hasil hardness filterrods yang sudah diproduksi, apakah sesuai dengan standar yang telah ditetapkan. Hasil pengukuran atau data-data langsung diinput ke komputer yang online ke bagian administrasi produksi, sehingga setiap waktu dapat dilihat kembali file-nya sesuai hari, tanggal dan jam produksi. 02 Profil Perusahaan There is one more type of BMS filterrods, namely Non Porosity Filter as one of interested product in cigarette industry in Indonesia. This type of filterrods is almost as same as Mild Porosity Filter, except small different in the used of Plug Wrap, which uses non porosity Plug Wrap. And this Non Porosity Filterrods is used for cigarette product with small diameter among 6.80 mm 7.00 mm. Company Profile 07

Filter Mild Porositas juga merupakan salah satu produk andalan untuk penjualan di wilayah Indonesia, karena pabrik-pabrik rokok saat ini dan masa mendatang banyak memproduksi rokok filter Mild Porositas. Spesifikasi Produk : : 100 mm 120 mm Panjang : 6.80 mm 7.00 mm Diameter : mm mm Lingkar Pressure Drop : 300 mmwg 450 mmwg Spesifikasi Filter Reguler dapat dibuat sesuai permintaan khusus selain ukuran diatas Telah memenuhi standar internasional ketentuan produksi dalam bentuk panjang, diameter, pressure drop dan hardness Filterrods Mild Porositas adalah jenis filter yang dipakai untuk produk rokok sigaret filter Mild/Slim dimana Plug Wrap yang digunakan adalah jenis Porositas. Filterrods jenis ini berfungsi untuk menyaring/mengurangi kandungan tar dan nikotin yang terdapat pada rokok tersebut. Bahan baku utama yang dipergunakan adalah Cellulose Acetate atau lebih dikenal dengan nama Acetate Tow. Untuk bahan baku penunjangnya menggunakan Plug Wrap Porositas sebagai pembungkus dan Treacitine yang berfungsi untuk mengikat filament-filamen Acetate Tow. Filterrods Mild Porositas dipakai dalam proses produksi rokok dengan diameter kecil berukuran antara 6.80 mm-7.00 mm. 1. Human Resources Human resources have become the spearhead of the success in a business process. Therefore, every human resources in BMS is a professional and selected staffs who has creativity, highly motivation and innovation in their job. Besides the recruitment process with a tight selection, the company periodically arranges an internal training and sends their staff in seminars in order to improve their quality and working performance. 2. The Expert The experts in BMS have provided with special training in accordance to their job division, so that each expert can optimally working in creating product with prime quality. Our experts are classified as follows: Machine Operator, has task to operate the production machine. Operator Assistant, has task to assist the operator in operating the machine. Technician, has task to prepare and maintain the work performance and acceleration of production machine and laboratory equipment. Quality Control, has task in checking of production result in routine by using laboratory equipment in accordance with the determined standard from the machine output up to distribution to client. KETCHER, has task to put the output product into packaging. 3. Technology To produce the high quality filterrods, production machines are very much reliably needed. As a company whose always give priority on the product quality and consumer satisfaction, BMS facilitates its production activity with the latest and high-end technology machines which is all using the production computerized system to produce effectiveness and efficiency in optimally production. The machine has the capacity of producing of 400 meters/minute. All specifications product has met the international standard for production in the limit range/tolerance of the product. 06 Profil Perusahaan Mild Porosity Filter has also become main product for market area in Indonesia, due to recent and in future cigarettes factory which has produced and will produce many of Mild Porosity Cigarette Filter. Mild Porosity Filterrods is kind of filter that used for Mild/Slim filter cigarette product where type of the Plug Wrap that is used is a Porosity. This type has function to filter/reduce the content of tar and nicotine in the cigarette. The main raw material that is used is Cellulose Acetate or better known as Acetate Tow. And for supporting raw materials, we use Plug Wrap Porosity as the wrap and Treacitine for binding the filaments of Acetate Tow. Mild Porosity Filterrods is usually used for cigarette product with a small diameter among 6.80 mm 7.00 mm. 4. Laboratory The production of filterrods must through the checking and observation process from laboratory. BMS has its laboratory with a completely computerized equipment system, which are: a. Diameter and Ovality Measurement, in function to measure the precise diameter and the perfection of a round shape or ovality of the filterrods. This equipment uses infrared technology in order to produce a high accurate. b. Pressure Drop Measurement, in function to measure the pressure drop or smoking power of filterrods. BMS filterrods has different pressure drop according to our client requirements. c. Hardness Measurement, has function to know the filterrods hardness to meet the determined standard. Data of the measurement results directly put into an online system computer to the administration product division so that it can be reviewed from the day, date and time of production at anytime.
