Faskes tingkat 1 bpjs atau Fasilitas Kesehatan tingkat pertama (FKTP) adalah fasilitas kesehatan yang meliputi klinik, puskesmas, dokter pribadi yang sudah bekerjasama dengan BPJS. Faskes umumnya dipilih oleh peserta BPJS ketika mereka mengajukan pendaftaran BPJS pertama kali. Faskes tingkat 1 merupakan fasilitas kesehatan yang harus dikunjungi pertama kali oleh peserta BPJS ketika mereka ingin berobat jalan gratis dari bpjs. Untuk beberapa alasan terkadang peserta ingin merubah faskes tingkat 1 bpjs yang telah mereka pilih, seperti ketika peserta pindah domisili, atau ketika faskes tingkat 1 pilihannya dianggap trlalu jauh, pelayanannya atau fasilitasnya kurang memuasakan dan lain sebagainya. Dulu pindah faskes hanya bisa dilakukan secara offline dengan datang langsung ke kantor cabang bpjs kesehatan terdekat, dengan membawa persyaratan-persyaratan yang telah ditentukan. Sehingga proses pindah faskes untuk sebagian peserta dianggap cukup merepotkan, karena peserta harus menyisihan waktu untuk datang ke kantor bpjs hanya untuk mengurus pindah faskes. Tapi untungnya saat ini, untuk meningkatkan pelayanan, terutama untuk memfasilitasi perubahan data peserta, pihak bpjs menyediakan aplikasi Mobile JKN yang salah satu fungsinya dapat memfasilitasi perubahan data peserta seperti pindah faskes atau pindah kelas. Dengan aplikasi Mobile JKN tersebut sekarang peserta bisa pindah faskes tingkat 1 secara online, sehingga untuk urusan tersebut peserta tidak perlu lagi harus datang ke kantor bpjs setempat. Pindah Faskes Secara Ofline Melalui Aplikasi Mobile JKN Untuk anda yang memutuskan pindah faskes 1 bpjs, anda bisa menggunakan aplikasi Mobile JKN berbasis android yang bisa di download di google play store. Ketentuan Pindah Faskes Sebelum anda melakukan pindah faskes secara online melalui Aplikasi Mobile JKN, anda sebaiknya memperhatikan ketentuan pindah faskes sebagai berikut: a. Pindah faskes hanya bisa dilakukan ketika usia kepesertaan anda minimal sudah 3 bulan, atau usia dari pindah faskes sebelumnya sudah 3 bulan, artinya pindah faskes hanya boleh dilakukan setiap 3 bulan sekali. Setelah peserta melakukan pindah faskes secara Online, maka faskes yang baru akan berlaku dan bisa digunakan pada tanggal 1 di bulan berikutnya, sebelum faskes baru berlaku, peserta bisa menggunakan faskes yang lama. Adapun langkah-langkah pindah atau ganti faskes secara online melalui aplikasi Mobile JKN adalah sebagai berikut: 1. Silahkan download dan instalkan aplikasi mobile JKN di google play store. 2. Buka aplikasi mobile JKN, lalu silahkan login menggunakan Nomor peserta BPJS atau email anda 3. Pada tampilan utama mobile JKN, pilih menu Ubah data peserta 4. Anda akan disajikan tampilan menu untuk merubah data peserta, data peserta yang saat ini bisa diubah secara online meliputi: Nomor Handphone Email Alamat Surat Kelas BPJS Faskes 1
Seperti tampilan gambar di bawah ini: Untuk ganti faskes, silahkan tekan saja menu Fakses 1, seperti ditunjukan pada gambar di atas. 5. Selanjutnya akan muncul tampilan popup yang meminta anda untuk memilih Provinsi, kabupaten dan Faskes. Silahkan anda pilih provinsi, kota/ kabupaten dan juga faskes yang anda inginkan. kemudian tekan tombol simpan jika sudah selesai. Jika muncul pesan peringatan "Faskes yang anda pilih telah memiliki lebih dari 5.000 peserta, dan berpotensi pada melonjaknya jumlah antrian, apakah anda ingin memilih alternatif faskes terdekat lainnya?"
itu artinya faskes tersebut sudah penuh, anda bisa memilih faskes tersebut dengan resiko antrian penuh atau bisa juga memilih faskes lainnya. Tekan tombol Tidak, jika tetap ingin memilih faskes tersebut, atau tekan tombol Ya untuk memilih lagi faskes terdekat lainnya. 6. Jika faskes sudah dipilih, maka aplikasi akan mengirimkan kode verifikasi ke email atau nomor hp anda, silahkan cek di email anda yang anda daftarkan di BPJS atau cek di pesan sms ke Nomor HP anda yang sesuai dengan nomor hp yang anda daftarkan di BPJS. Silahkan cek kode verifikasi yang dikirim bpjs di email/ pesan sms ke nomor hp anda lalu masukan Setelah dimasukan lalu tekan tombol verifikasi.
7. Setelah proses verifikasi faskes selesai, maka akan muncul konfirmasi perubahan fakses tingkat satu seperti gambar di bawah ini: Pesan tersebut menginformasikan kepada anda, bahwa penggantian faskes berlaku tanggal 1 bulan berikutnya, artinya anda bisa berobat menggunakan faskes baru setelah tanggal 1 bulan berikutnya setelah anda berhasil melakukan proses ganti faskes 1 bpjs via online.
