Kwartir Nasional Gerakan Pramuka memberikan kesempatan kepada Pramuka Penggalang, Penegak, Pandega dan Pembina Pramuka untuk mengikuti kegiatan ini dengan persyaratan sebagai berikut: A. Persyaratan peserta : 1. Pramuka Penggalang/Penegak PutraJPutri 2. Berusia antara 12-18 tahun, (lahir antara 10 Agustus 2000 sampai dengan 4 Agustus 2006) 3. Memiliki Kartu Tanda Anggota Gerakan Pramuka 4. Berbadan sehat, dinyatakan dengan Surat Keterangan Dokter 5. Paspor yang masih berlaku (habis 6 bulan sebelum tanggal keberangkatan 2 Agustus 2018) 6. Surat ijin dari Kepala Sekolah, asli 7. Surat ijin dari Orangtua bermaterai 6000, asli. Disertai dengan fotocopy KTP ayah dan ibu (bagi umur dibawah 17 Tahun, lahir sesudah 4 Agustus 2001) 8. Fotocopy Kartu Keluarga 9. Fotocopy Kartu Keluarga (19<) 10. Fotocopy KTP 11. Fotocopy Surat Nikah orang tua 12. Pas foto berwama terbaru diambil paling lambat 3 bulan terakhir dengan latar belakang putih ukuran 4,5 x 4,5 cm (berseragam pramuka tanpa tutup kepala dan kaca mata, bukan hasil editan, bukan foto dari hp, tidak buram dan tidak berbayang), spesifikasi foto terlampir. 13. 17th NIPPON SCOUT JAMB@REE BASIC INFORMATION (as of2 October 2017) SCOOT II1II11 IF JIPIN DATE Saturday, 4 August to Friday, 10 August 2018 Arrival:Aftemoon of Saturday, 4 August Departure: Moming of Friday, 10August THEME "ADVENTURE" - NOTO FOR FUTURE - VENUE Refresh Village Hachigasaki in Suzu, Ishikawa, some 430km northeast of Osaka and some 620km northwest oftokyo. Latitude: 37.4463 North, Latitude: 137.3265 East, Altitude: 5m on average Refresh Village Hachigasaki is a resort complex in Suzu-dty located at the tip of the Noto Peninsula facing the Japan Sea. It is about 5 km to the east from the center of Suzu-city, other National Scout/Guide Organizations are weloome to challenge the Jamboree programmes with younger Japanese Soouts. Scouts/Guides and leaders from other oountries must be registered as members of their own National Scout/Guide Organizations and their application must be approved by their National Scout/Guide Organizations. JAMBOREE FEE To be notified later (approx. JYE40,000 per person) The fee oovers rations for 17 meals starting from dinner on August 4 and programs during the camp. Other expenses, like transportation from Narita Intemational Airport or other ports of entry to the Jamboree site, and cost of touring Japan excepting for the home hospitality period, are responsibilities of your oontingents. CLIMATE AT THE JAMBOREE Generally good with some rains. Average temperature at the Jamboree site on August in the past 5 years has been 25.T'C (the minimum 18.1"C and the maximum 35.9 C). ATTENDANCE 12,000 Scouts and leaders from all over Japan induding some 600 Scouts/Guides and leaders from other countries. ELIGIBILITY The Jamboree programmes are designed for both male and female Scouts aged 12-15, and Venture/Senior Soouts aged 15-18 may take part in as the Service Corps.
