ABSTRACT Management Control Systems is a very important factor in the company. One important part of the SPM that should receive more attention is labor. Labor is a major driver of the smooth running of the company. Employees are part of production is an important element in the enterprise to meet client orders on time. Competition is getting tougher business forced the company to improve employee performance parts production in a way motivated. One of the most effective way to improve employee motivation in achieving the desired performance is through the provision of adequate compensation. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of financial and non financial compensation on the performance of the production employees at PT Sumber Bintang Rejeki at Tangerang. Data obtained from questionnaires filled out by all employees of the production of PT Sumber Bintang Rejeki in Tangerang, amounting to 50 people. Data were analyzed using multiple regression analysis which first must meet the test of validity and reliability. Conclusions drawn in this study the authors is that there is a significant influence simultaneously and partial financial compensation and non-financial compensation to the performance of the production employees at PT Sumber Bintang Rejeki at Tangerang. It can be seen from the results of testing, where Ho is rejected due to a significant level of p <0.05. Keyword : Financial Compensation, Non Financial Compensation, Performance vii

ABSTRAK Sistem Pengendalian Manajemen merupakan faktor yang amat penting dalam perusahaan. Salah satu bagian penting dalam SPM yang harus mendapat perhatian lebih adalah tenaga kerja. Tenaga kerja merupakan penggerak utama kelancaran jalannya perusahaan. Karyawan bagian produksi merupakan unsur penting dalam perusahaan untuk memenuhi order klien tepat waktu. Persaingan dunia usaha yang semakin ketat memaksa perusahaan untuk meningkatkan kinerja karyawan bagian produksi dengan cara dimotivasi. Suatu cara yang paling efektif untuk meningkatkan motivasi karyawan dalam mencapai kinerja yang diinginkan adalah melalui pemberian kompensasi yang memadai. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompensasi financial dan non financial terhadap kinerja karyawan bagian produksi pada PT Sumber Bintang Rejeki di Tangerang. Data didapat dari kuesioner yang diisi oleh seluruh karyawan bagian produksi PT Sumber Bintang Rejeki di Tangerang yang berjumlah 50 orang. Data dianalisis menggunakan analisis regresi berganda yang terlebih dahulu harus memenuhi uji validitas dan reliabilitas. Kesimpulan yang ditarik penulis dalam penelitian ini adalah terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan secara serempak dan parsial kompensasi financial dan kompensasi non financial terhadap kinerja karyawan bagian produksi pada PT Sumber Bintang Rejeki di Tangerang. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari hasil pengujian, dimana Ho ditolak karena tingkat signifikan p < 0,05. Kata Kunci : Kompensasi Financial, Kompensasi Non Financial, Kinerja. viii
