The problem formulation of this research is : How is the use of accuracy work in pairs in teaching speaking at ninth grade students. The subject in this study is the teacher. The object of this study how the use of the accuracy work in pair in teaching speaking for English Teacher. The data were collected by using observation, interview, and documentary. Data processing in this study is divided into three phases: Data reduction, Data display, Conclusion Drawing/Verifications. Then all the data are analyzed descriptively, qualitatively, and concluded inductively. The result of this research states that the kinds of types work in pair technique that the teacher used in teaching speaking at ninth grade students are: retell the picture, role play, and conversation. And the result showed the use of work in pair technique can significantly enrich the students speaking abilities. From it the writer found that to have good achievement in speaking it should be practiced. What the researcher did in this research is observing pair work technique to make their speaking skill better.

Dosen Pembimbing I : Drs. Sa adillah, M.Pd., Dosen Pembimbing II : Nani Hizriani, M.A Kata kunci: Akurasi, Bekerja berpasangan, berbicara. Perumusan masalah dari penelitian ini adalah: Bagaimana penggunaan akurasi bekerja berpasangan dalam mengajar speaking dari guru bahasa inggris. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah guru di MTsN Aluh-aluh. Objek penelitian ini bagaimana penggunaan akurasi pada kerja pasangan dalam mengajar speaking dari guru bahasa inggris. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Pengolahan data dalam penelitian ini dibagi menjadi tiga tahap: Reduksi data, display data yang, Kesimpulan Drawing / Verifikasi. Maka semua data dianalisis secara deskriptif, kualitatif, dan menyimpulkan induktif. Hasil penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa jenis-jenis bekerja dalam teknik berpasangan yang digunakan dalam mengajar speaking dari guru bahasa inggris adalah: menceritakan kembali gambar, bermain peran, dan percakapan. Dan hasilnya menunjukkan penggunaan bekerja di teknik pasangan secara signifikan dapat memperkaya siswa berbicara kemampuan. Dari itu penulis menemukan bahwa untuk berprestasi dalam berbicara itu harus dilakukan. Apa yang peneliti lakukan dalam penelitian ini adalah mengamati teknik kerja pasangan untuk membuat keterampilan berbicara mereka lebih baik.
