ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the influence of Total Quality Management (TQM) to the Company's performance. The object of the research is PT. Bandung Djaya Textile Millis (Badjatex). The sample of the study is 70 respondents by using random sampling techniques. The hypothesis testing method used in this study is validity and reliability test, classic assumption test, simple linear regression, and hypothesis testing with SPSS version 19.0. The results of the study indicate that the Total Quality Management (TQM) significantly affect the Company's performance with a percentage effect of 83.2%, while the remaining 16.8% is influenced by other factors that are not observed. ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Total Quality Management (TQM) terhadap Kinerja Perusahaan. Objek dalam penelitian ini adalah PT. Bandung Djaya Textile Millis (Badjatex). Sampel yang digunakan berjumlah 70 responden dengan menggunakan teknik random sampling. Metode pengujian yang dipakai dalam penelitian ini adalah uji validitas dan reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, regresi linier sederhana, serta pengujian hipotesis dengan bantuan software SPSS versi 19.0. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Total Quality Management (TQM) berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap Kinerja Perusahaan dengan presentase pengaruh sebesar 83,2%, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 16,8% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak diamati.
