1 ABSTRACT This day, a fund raiser activity often done by so many people. There are so many reason, why people doing it, to help mosque development, charity for natural disaster casualties and helping poor people, and so many more. But, because this activity is tend to be voluntary, there are some aspect that didn t get attention, which is labor scheduling. PKMB fund raiser team, is one of the team that didn t concern about labor scheduling. The point of this research is to know how many labors required in one day and also to know which scheduling method that will be use in this team. The result that obtained from this research is the amount of labor required is 6 in one day and based on Tibrewala, Phillipe, & Browne Algorithm, only 1 person who get consecutive days-off. 2 ABSTRAK Di zaman sekarang ini, penggalangan dana sering dilakukan oleh banyak orang, salah satu contohnya untuk pembuatan gedung masjid, acara amal untuk korban bencana dan orang-orang tidak mampu, dan lain-lain. Namun karena acara yang dilakukan bersifat sukarela, maka ada satu hal yang tidak begitu diperhatikan, yaitu penjadwalan tenaga kerja. Tim penggalangan dana PKMB, merupakan salah satu tim yang kurang begitu memperhatikan mengenai penjadwalan tenaga kerjanya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui berapa jumlah tenaga yang harus disediakan dan juga mengetahui model penjadwalan seperti apa yang harus diterapkan. Hasil yang didapat dari penelitian ini adalah jumlah tenaga kerja yang ideal adalah sebanyak 6 orang dan berdasarkan perhitungan Algoritma Tibrewala, Phillipe, dan Browne, hanya 1 pekerja yang mendapatkan hari libur secara berurutan.
