IHSG tercatat naik 1,299% ke level 4.921,039. Sedangkan indeks saham-saham unggulan LQ 45 tercatat menguat 1,77% ke level 834,57.. Minyak Mentah Harga minyak dunia tampak menguat. Dimana kontrak minyak mentah jenis Brent berada pada di US$ 105,97 per barel dan WTI di US$ 100,81 per barel. Prediksi IHSG pada pergerakan hari ini diperkirakan akan bergerak di antara support 4.807 hingga resistance 4.956. IHSG berpotensi untuk lanjutkan penguatan di tengah optimisme akan pemilu dan ekspektasi mengenai BI Rate yang masih mendukung pasar. Namun potensi pembalikan arah juga terbuka melihat negatifnya sebagian besar bursa Global. News TINS Lakukan Merger Dengan Anak Usaha, Saham Menuju Resistance http://vibiznews.com/?p=34569 PT Timah Tbk (TINS) nampaknya sedang gencar lakukan efisiensi dalam bisnis yang dijalaninya. Hal ini terbukti dari langkah merger yang dilakukan manajemen TINS terhadap entitas anak usahanya PT Tambang Timah (TT). Dalam pernyataan resminya, kini PT Tambang Timah (TT) sudah menjadi satu kesatuan dengan induk usahanya dan telah berakhir tanpa hukum likuidasi. Selama ini TINS dan TT banyak lakukan tumpang tindih biaya dalam menggunakan sumber daya masing-maing. Sehingga melalui merger ini, TINS dapat kembali memperkecil biaya operasional yang selama ini tertindih biaya yang dikeluarkan TT. Di tahun 2013 TINS catatkan pertumbuhan laba sebesar 19,35% dari Rp 431 miliar di tahun 2012 menjadi Rp 515,10 miliar di tahun 2013. Laba kotor juga mengalami peningkatan 13% dari tahun 2012 menjadi Rp 1,4 triliun. pencapaian pertumbuhan laba ini diperoleh dengan efisiensi usaha dimana nilai beban menurun sebesar 27,63% dari tahun 2012 sebesar Rp 6,08 triliun menjadi hanya Rp 4,4 triliun. Dengan catatan penurunan beban tersebut, terbukti bahwa TINS memang tengah berfokus untuk lekukan efisiensi. sehingga diperkirakan tahun ini TINS dapat meraih margin laba yang maksimal dan dapat meraih pertumbuhan laba yang lebih tinggi dari perolehan di tahun 2013 lalu. Di bursa saham, hari Senin TINS dibuka menguat 15 poin dari penutupannya di akhir pekan lalu ke level Rp 1.955 per saham. dan hingga akhir perdagangan ditutup sama dengan harga penutupan akhir pekan lalu di 1940. Secara teknikal, saham TINS masih belum mampu menembus resistance di Rp 1.975. level RSI yang sudah berada pada posisi jenuh jual memberatkan laju penguatan harga untuk membentuk puncak baru. Diperkirakan dengan kondisi jenuh jual yang terjadi saat ini, harga masih akan berkonsoliasi pada kisaran support Rp 1.905 hingga resistance Rp 1.975.
