1 ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh implementasi balanced scorecard terhadap peningkatan kinerja perusahaan dan untuk mengetahui sebesar besar pengaruh implementasi balanced scorecard terhadap peningkatan kinerja perusahaan PT. Almega Sejahtera Bandung. Data penelitian berupa data primer yang diperoleh dengan cara penyebaran kuesioner tertutup kepada karyawan PT Almega Sejahtera. Selanjutnya, data penelitian dianalisis menggunakan teknik analisis regresi sederhana dengan program SPSS. Hasil uji statistik menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh implementasi balanced scorecard terhadap peningkatan kinerja perusahaan. Implementasi balanced scorecard memiliki kemampuan yang besar dalam menjelaskan peningkatan kinerja perusahaan. Tingkat pengaruh yang dihasilkan oleh variabel implementasi balanced scorecard terhadap peningkatan kinerja perusahaan ditunjukkan oleh koefisien determinasi sebesar 69,7% sedangkan sisanya 30,3% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti. 2 ABSTRACT This study aims to determine whether there is an effect of balanced scorecard implementation to improvement of company s performance, and to determine the influence of balanced scorecard implementation to improvement of company s performance on PT. Almega Sejahtera Bandung. The research data used is primary data obtained by distributing enclosed questionnaires to employees of PT Almega Sejahtera. Furthermore, research data are analyzed using simple regression analysis with SPSS program. Statistical analysis showed there is significant effect of balanced scorecard implementation to improvement of company s performance. Implementation of balanced scorecard has great capability in explaining the increase of company's performance. The degree of influence generated by variable balanced scorecard implementation to improving company's performance showed by coefficient of determination 69.7% while the remaining 30.3% is influenced by other factors not examined.
