1 ABSTRACT The Company has not implemented the cost in damage control product quality. This study aims to determine how much influence the cost of quality simultaneously and partially to a defectiveproduct and to tell you how damage control product on B & C Collection. Population in this research is to study the study population sensus or a sample of 12 pieces. Variables used in this study is the cost of prevention (X1), appraisal fees (X2), internal failure costs (X3), and external failure costs (X4) and a defectiveproduct (Y). Methods of data collection in this study using methods of documentation and interviews. Analysis of the data used in this study is multiple regression analysis and statistical quality control (SQC). F test showed that X1, X2, X3, and X4 simultaneously no ssignificant effect on defective products, with the simultaneous effect pf only 17,9% and the balance of 82,1% is the influence of other variables is not examined. From the resuls of research can be conclude that simultaneous X1, X2, X3, and X4 no significant effect on the defective product. We recommend that companies can look for other effects pf cost of quality in order to minimize the occurrence of defective products and conduct intensive control measures in controlling the number of defective product that causes major damage to the product can be known. 2 ABSTRAK Perusahaan belum menerapkan biaya kualitas dalam pengendalian kerusakan produk. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui berapa besar pengaruh biaya kualitas secara simultan dan parsial terhadap produk rusak serta untuk memberitahukan cara pengendalian kerusakan produk pada B & C Collection. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan studi sensus atau studi populasi dengan jumlah sampel 12 buah. Variabel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah biaya pencegahan (X 1 ), biaya penilaian (X 2 ), biaya kegagalan internal (X 3 ), dan biaya kegagalan eksternal (X 4 ) dan produk rusak (Y). Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode dokumentasi dan interview. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi berganda dan statistical quality control (SQC). Uji F menunjukkan bahwa X 1, X 2, X 3, dan X 4 secara simultan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produk rusak, dengan pengaruh simultan hanya sebesar 17,9% dan sisanya sebesar 82,1% merupakan pengaruh dari variabel lain yang tidak diteliti. Dari hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa secara simultan X 1, X 2, X 3, dan X 4 tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produk rusak. Sebaiknya perusahaan dapat mencari pengaruh lain dari biaya kualitas guna meminimalisir terjadinya produk rusak dan melakukan tindakan pengawasan secara intensif dalam mengendalikan jumlah produk rusak, agar faktor penyebab utama kerusakan produk dapat diketahui.
