Menurut anda apakah informasi mengenai kesehatan di Indonesia itu mudah untuk di dapatkan oleh seluruh kalangan masyarakat? Dibandingkan dengan 10 tahun yang lalu, sekarang relatif lebih mudah karena informasi dapat diakses melalui internet, majalah, Koran, radio, TV, dll. 2. Lalu Bagaimana anda memperkenalkan service anda kepada masyarakat luas? Dari mulut ke mulut, dari buku telepon, dan juga leaflet. Opini secara umum mengenai informasi kesehatan 3. Apakah anda merasa pelayanan informasi tentang kesehatan sudah cukup membantu masyarakat? (informasi mengenai lokasi pelayanan kesehatan, fasilitas yang memadai di rumah sakit, jam kerja dokter) Masing-masing PEMDA sudah membuat buku tentang informasi alamat praktik dokter beserta jam pelayanan, tetapi sosialisasi buku itu ke masyarakat masih dirasa kurang. 4. Apakah sistem mudah untuk digunakan dalam hal functionality? Sistem relatif mudah untuk digunakan namun membutuhkan lebih banyak penjelasan dalam penggunaannya. 3. Apakah ada saran dan kritik mengenai sistem? Sistem perlu mengimplementasi error handling yang baik sehingga user mengerti masalah yang dihadapi. Sistem harus menambahkan gender untuk membedakan dokter karena ada beberapa pasien yang sensitive mengenai hal ini. Adanya agen-agen yang membantu untuk mencari data mengenai klinik dapat memberikan kemudahan dalam merealisasi sistem. Penggunaan call center tersendiri bisa memberikan dampak positif bagi sistem ini.

Instead of creating label as a link to edit, add edit icon beside the value as a link to edit the field value. Change support into feedback and add icon to clearly present toolbar. Add more color to table to differentiate every row. Navigation button need to be added on every page.

10 Appendix C During this step, there are two segment of user, the 1 st user segment who is an expert in web application and get used to in using similar application and 2 nd user segment who is a doctor or clinic receptionist who will use the system.
