1 ABSTRACT Directorat Geneal of Tax provides e-spt to facilitate WP in meeting repoting SPT, thereby increasing the amount of achievement. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the benefits and ease of e-spt partially and simultaneously to use the facilities of e-spt by WPOP and to determine how much influence the benefit and convenience of e-spt partially and simultaneously to use the facilities of e-spt by WPOP. Data were analyzed using multiple regression. The result showed the benefits and convenience of e-spt has the effect of partially against the use of facility of e-spt by WPOP. The benefit and convenience of e-spt simultaneously have influence on the use of the facility of e-spt by WPOP. Keyword : Electronic Annual Tax (e-spt) viii
2 ABSTRAK Direktorat Jenderal Pajak menyediakan e-spt untuk mempermudah WP dalam memenuhi pelaporan SPT, sehingga meningkatkan jumlah pencapaian penerimaan pajak. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh manfaat dan kemudahan e-spt secara parsial dan simultan terhadap penggunaan fasilitas e-spt oleh WPOP dan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh manfaat dan kemudahan e-spt secara parsial dan simultan terhadap penggunaan fasilitas e-spt oleh WPOP. Data di analisis menggunakan regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Manfaat dan kemudahan e-spt mempunyai pengaruh secara parsial terhadap penggunaan fasilitas e-spt oleh WPOP. Manfaat dan kemudahan e-spt mempunyai pengaruh secara simultan terhadap penggunaan fasilitas e-spt oleh WPOP. Kata-kata kunci : elektronik Surat Pemberitahuan Tahunan (e-spt). ix
